Thanks for the quick video. Vlog your life there and things you do. Its by watching other KZreadrs that are living in the area that I was able to get a good feel for what its like living there, especially what is in the background. It doesn't matter if it was a fishing video or a kayak/boat review, it was what was behind the scenes that caught my eye. Life with friends on a weekend going to the beach by boat or a favorite place to park at Perdido or "my favorite boat ramp". If you do more than just real estate related, I am sure that your subscriber count will go up. (I know there is more than what I mentioned, make it yours in the things you like to do and what attracted you to Pensacola) AND you will land more clients. I found my perfect neighborhood to buy because of a guy who is YT vlogger who frequently talks about where he lives, walks around it, etc all within titles of videos that has nothing to do with real estate or even a title mentioning that says he is in Pensacola! I really don't know how I stumbled upon him but he also happened to be a real estate guy which he mentions at the end and info in the comments. - So, just document your life there, driving to different places, show how you would navigate on a normal day, on a fun day with friends, ... "Film it and they will come!" Good Luck! And I will keep following your endeavors.
Great video. I really appreciate it. Please keep it up.
Thank you for the video!!!

Moving from Tucson to pensacola. Tucsons job market is awful, houses with no yards start at $350,000. Is the job market better, and can you buy a nice house for $350,000 in a decent neighborhood?

Yeah it’s a racket. We all just gotta stand up to these middle men and DROP THEM! They don’t even want to fix shit half the time. All these realtors artificially inflating market values are a problem too. How many realtors does a small city need? Can’t wait for the market to finally crash like the rest of the economy and teach these fools a lesson.

I want to move to Florida for the environment not the anti black anti gay anti American anti opportunity people who are against wokeness which is ironic considering how "American they are" and how PATRIOTIC THEY ARE", You would think the rules laws and rights would be for everyone since "they belive in that so much"

Do not employ M&M Construction,in Pensacola FL with a man who is called Matt Machak . He and his employees will try to have relationships with your family and if you decline He and his crew will have multiple people knocking on your door for random things. Edit to PLEASE,share and this post this person is not a good person.
Born in P'cola raised in C'view; it's just a terrible place to live😂 The beaches of AL, MS, NC, SC are so much better, but if you must come to Florida, SE FL is the place to call home.

@@charlesward6217 I've never seen a person in my entire life scream about pronouns, and people regardless of creed, race, political persuasion, age, etc talk about politics despite not being informed. Try explaining it in a less sensationalized manner and you'll find that wokeness only really exists as something that social media tells you to be mad about. Essentially, it's a non-issue, unless maybe if you live in an extremely liberal and political part of San Francisco or something. Just go outside dude.

Things left out: hurricanes, most single residence houses not constructed for cold weather, yet in Jan it's as cold as the midwest, home to five different Superfund sites, including "Mount Dioxin", schools are poorly funded, from May until October if you live on beach traffic can be a nightmare getting into Pensacola or even Gulf Breeze. I'd add more, but I'm too "woke" to bother.

Same thoughts. People talk about being woke but they don't really mean anything in particular. People just want a strawman to blame for what's bothering them. Been in a progressive are of CA for 6 years now, and I've never once in my entire life encountered anything I would describe as "woke", that includes when I lived in FL and other places. I have seen people using racial slurs, and slurs about sexuality though. Funny how that's not the issue but being against it is an issue lol..the woke boogeyman
