I’m on my fourth tray right now and tonight I’m switching to my fifth. I have already seen improvement and I’m excited to see what else will happen!

setting a timer to eat is a really good idea, it ensures you really keep ur aligners in for 22 hours im def gonna use this!

I have 44 trays and I just got my Invisalign put on today and it hurts so bad and I’m just ready for them to come off😂😭

There are waterless toothbrushes with toothpaste on them you can just take those on the go if you need to brush and don’t have a sink available

Super helpful because I was thinking of trying it!

I got mine last week! I have 15 trays and have to switch them every 7 days.

Very helpful!

Girl not cleaning them every day is disgusting all the bacteria built up in them especially when you sleep

she said she does clean them everyday she will get a toothbrush and will brush them, but for a deep clean she will do the tablets

I have Invisalign too!

I love seeing comments that are like 'I'm getting my invisalign soon!' that were posted like 1 or 2 years ago cause they would be about done by now. Well imma be that person. I'm getting mine tomorrow and hopefully I'll see this comment in a year or so (so if you're viewing this and it says like 1 year ago, please leave a reply so I can get a notification lol). They estimated my treatment to be 1.5-2 years and idk how many trays, so let's see how this goes :) Update: I didn't end up getting them today :( I got my attatchments on today but when they tried to fit the tray on, the top wouldn't fit. So the orthodontist said I needed ot get my teeth removed first then once my gum or whatever has recovered then I can start wearing them. Idk how long that likke take. So for the time being, I'm just tryna go about my day with my attatchments on and it's so so distracting. I spent the whole day today feeling them with my tounge.

@@runchrandaismydad4419 Still going through the treatment :) finished my initial 36 trays, then did a rescan and got given another 18. Currently on tray 4 of these 18. But even after the 36 initial ones, my teeth are super straight! It's just about aligning the top and bottom teeth correctly with each other now ☺

Im a year late lol but they did on my 4 bottom teeth he pretty much sanded them down to create gaps.

smile direct club has really bad reviews. a lot of people say that it screwed up their bite. also, you don’t have consultations monthly like you do with Invisalign. I just realised that your comment was 10 months ago. you’ve probably already decided. k bye

Look for the alternative brands of clear aligners through your orthodontist. I'm getting spark.

Yes you can, but for other drinks like soda or juice you have to take them out or else it'll stain the aligners. Only water if you don't want to take them out

Its gonna take a month for them to actually get the trays to u so i would take that into consideration. I get my first trays next month! Im super excited lol.

Hi! In my case, I haven't noticed any signs of gum recession and my invisalign buttons were taken out a year ago.

Thanks for the info! I want to say something but please don't take it as being mean or bullying cuz I don't mean it that way AT ALL. You scrunch your eyebrows together almost constantly. You are a lovely young woman so you can't see the effects of that yet but over the next 10 years it will cause permanent deep wrinkles us older folk call "elevens".
