Good to hear it's treating you well, nice to be valued for our work. Sure that smile will cure much. The [relative] solidarity in society helps and efforts in the past of Unions and workers alike have gotten us here, in terms of the work environment, benefits and taxes etc. - 'solidaritet skal ikke kun ses på egne bankbog' (solidarity shouldn't only be seen in our own bankbooks). Still think we have more cash to spend on the things we want than many places, despite the [rightfully] perceived high taxes. Our needs are covered in most eventualities.

Nurses are never paid enough considering what difference they do. We all complain about taxes, but we don't like the outcome. I believe that here in DK, you might as well bring your lunchbox if you apply for a healthcare job. Because you'll be hired before they let you leave. (Of course only if you have the certification). Yes, we're the most registered population of the world, with our social security number etc. But it also means that if we need emergency care, they'll know about any allergies before they can get you into the ambulance.

I was well treated in the hospital very well❤️,I love Denmark 😊🇩🇰

Thanks 🙏. I came here when Iong time ago and for me I never thought much of the language because I was not desperate to get a job. But I did go to school, but it’s so long a go I don’t remember how long it took me. It’s a difficult language, but if one is determined one can learn it. Am told I speak as tho I was born here, but I don’t think so my self. So start learning while you are there. Ps I did sturdy nursing from here

I did sturdy in danish and my first language is English, but it’s not my mother tongue. Danish is one of those difficult languages to learn because there alphabet is very different

There is a video in my play list of how to do apply for nurse authorization and honestly if you are in Europe the information is online. We are also trained as general nurses and each nurse figures along the way where they want to work. I think some take years before they find what they love and some know before school ends.

There allot of these jobs, but I don’t think you can get these unless you stay here. Nurses and doctors have a chance through those steps I made in another video.

How long does it take to speak danish language to work as a nurse. Am a kenyan,living in sweden for 18yrs and I am a nurse. I am tempted to work in denmark but i cant speak danish . I like the working hours in denmark. How long did it take u to speak danish?

@@KenyanMomAbroad probably, but I don’t know how long it takes. But in Denmark they have a new law and they pay just for an amount of time and if you fail you have to pay your self. I don’t know how long they pay.

In Namibia, we have Government school for free, from Pre primary school to grade 12, and hospital are free, unless you want to go to private hospital which if you cannot afford they will send you to government hospital same Doctor at private hospital are same doctor in Government, and regarding the Union all government employees and parastatal company they have union.

Same in Uganda, but the free schools are horrible and only those who can’t afford better schools take their kids their. Government hospitals are free, and again horrible and every one that has money goes to a private hospitals. Doctors and teachers are not paid well and that’s why they doctors start up their own. We have few private schools in Denmark because public schools are good. Same for private hospitals, I don’t even know one apart from cosmetic surgery ones. So the contrast between my country and Denmark is huge. Thanks for watching and stay blessed 😊

It doesn't make any sence to tell you. You might think the number is fortune, but then comes the high taxes and high livings expences. But let me tell you that a Danish nurse has an income, that makes a decent middle class life. If you want a huge house, LV bags, a BMW and 3 weeks holiday in Dubai, you'll have to do nursing in a different contry. But if you can settle for an average house, live without designer clothes, ride a bike and read a busschedule - and is okay with two weeks vaccation in South of Europe (perhaps a little skiing trip to Sweden?), you'll be living as comfortably and content as the rest of us. You'll be earning about the same as a teacher, a police officer, a secretaty - as ANY body, who has a 4 year education. You'll be earning a little less than an industrial worker, an artisan or a carbageman, but a bit more than a shopassistant... I think. You see, we don't talk salaries in Denmark. When we choose our future line of work, it's about what we FEEL like doing, not about what we want to earn. If that was the case, I think we'd all be dentists...
