Work culture ki bhi baat kar lein please? India me 9.30 se usual office entry, 10 am breakfast, 11 am tea break, actual kaam start hota hai 11.30 onwards in most cases. US me 8am ki calls bhi log office se attend karte hain. Also, US me hire and fire culture is brutal, subah notice milega k sham tak bags pack kar k nikal lo, same way ap bhi notice de sakte, zada se zada 2 weeks ka hota hai notice. India me 30-90 days. Har jagah k apne advantages and disadvantages hote hain

Tumhare office me hota hoga yehi mentality plus slavery wali mentality milake khidka aur humara kabada kar hua hai. Kis chu ne kaha ke aise breaks ete hain hum. Pakka tumhara Aisa sche dhoga. Manhoos

Not always mam! Depending on what kind of work you do. India has way more paid holidays than USA. Grass is always greener on the other side!

Depend on the companies. If it's small or medium-sized, you still have to "REQUEST" in America or europe. Simple reason they need their business to run smoothly. I've been overseas for 23 years now

Kabhi kaam kiya hai US UK team ske sath. Uske ilawa pata hai kitni leaves lete. I work for Big4 and they are always on leaves.

It's partially true mam. What issue you faced in India it's not applicable to all companies. Unfortunately, you got that kind of manager, I can understand. But you should not say this is the work culture of entire India.

@@Dreamcatcher0007 That can’t be true. Most companies begins with 2 weeks paid time off and one personal time. Like being sick , you or your children or doctor’s appointments , car problems etc . If you are late to work or call in sick, that counts as occurrences which counts against you during yearly evaluation. You get 4 weeks time off after 10 years of working in the same company. Only 5 National Holidays.

Idk whats wrong with this lady.. why she hates india so much.. behan rehna US me tujhe kya hai.. mai 7 saal se kaam kr rhi hu mujhe aaj tak beg nhi krna pada india me chutti k liye.. agar tum apna kaam time pe krdo toh koi nhi rokta chahe india ho ya US.. if i say mere periods chal rhe hai meri puri team mera kaam baant leti hai and my manager also supports.. now i m in US.. yaha ghanta aisa koi culture nhi hai..
