These would be DELICIOUS with Mint Oreo's and a mix of white chocolate chips and Ghiradelli Mint chocolate chips. YUM!! Gonna have to try making it that way now! Thank you for this video!

We both cook equally, but I bake more. Kevin is better than I am, but I actually bake much more often.

This looks like a fantastic recipe and they turned out so well. I’m going to try this when I’m off Keto…something to look forward to. I think frozen Nutella in the middle or the pistachio cream😊. Thanks for the recipe and review.

I wonder if you could stuff a cookie with a Lindt truffle? I think that would be amazing… you could sub biscoff for Oreos and add cookie butter to stuffing!!! Or nutter butters and add pb filling… Really great job with this!!!!
