I have a slight preference for male doctors, because if I'm explaining a specifically male problem I'm having, I feel like a male doctor will have an easier time understanding it. My current official PCP is a woman, though. When I first had to choose a primary doctor for my insurance, I chose a man in the same office. But whenever I needed to see a doctor, he was never available and so she ended up seeing me instead. I think the dude I'd chosen was in the process of retiring. Eventually the time came to renew my insurance, and I figured, well, I guess she's actually my main doctor now, so I'll just put her down as my PCP.

It's official. I have now watched EVERY MxR Plays, video. That was a mulitpul month journey (I have been watching longer than that. I am so passionate about the "you don't need sauce on steak" debate. their take on this put a massive smile on my face, Something like peppercorn sauce just takes away from the flavour. it's so overpowering that you can't take any of the steak. The only time you should use these types of sauce is when you overcooked your steak and the flavour is gone.

Medium rare or it's just ruined, no sauce but I have tried Japanese garlic infusion which was nice for a change but basic medium rare remains king.

You don't need specifically LAN-based anything. If it has split-screen, it doesn't need a LAN and if it has internet co-op, you can still be in the same room playing it with multiple people on multiple computers.
