Recipe 1:
1 cup oatmeal.
50g walnuts.
50 g almond flakes.
50 g dried apricots.
50 g cranberries or raisins.
3 apples.
2 tablespoons oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

1 cup oatmeal.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
30g walnuts.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
30 g ground almonds.
30g oat flakes.
1 banana.
160ml water.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
