A kiss on the forehead is a sign of respect towards the person. Josh respected her decision, and he's giving way for her. Sadly, Moira, the singer and songwriter of this piece ended up in a divorce with her husband not long ago. And her version afterwards was giving it all up to Him.

I hope that they were watching this with subtitles because this hits differently if you understand the lyrics well.

The song means the boy is letting her go,forgiving and entrusting her to God. She basically fell out of love with the boy and fell in love with another guy and only had the courage to confessed on their wedding day.On the scene were the music stops and they were talking.... this scene was unscripted and was real. It was only them,the camera man and the singer inside the church.This was their closure from their real past relationship meaning they were couple before in real life.This scene was beautiful and pure. In the end they forgave each other for real❤️Moira you are the best❤️❤️❤️
