Yeah even when the new Trilogy and Rogue 1, Mando was just kicking off… I had my big issues with what Disney was doing to Star Wars, but all in all I was still grateful we were getting new Star Wars and some of it is pretty decent….. Now I don’t want to come near it, it’s pathetic and sad.

Fair review? Lets not delude ourselves, every time i go to his channel he is crying about disney and their “girl boss” tendencies. While not all their projects have been great, some have been better than others. You never get that sense of nuance with SWT. Or many others fans for that matter. Its an echo chamber of thought that honestly takes away from the fun of being an active member of the community. To many people thrive off controversy rather than an appreciation for star wars content overall.

Star Wars fans of ALL political sides are extremely upset over recent Star Wars, and pretty much every friend I have who's a fan of SW and liberal, loves Theory. My conservative friends love him too. I myself am progressive and female, although I'm more objective than most and DO call out my side for whatever hypocrisy they offer at times. And guess what? I strongly dislike what Disney has done to SW. And I have enjoyed Theory for years, and I respect him. So stop claiming this is a political issue amongst the fans. It's not. The issue is Disney creating awful writing, and then a secondary issue is how they're hypocritically pushing ideology in SW in a way that's distasteful and fake. Which upsets the left too. We all just want good stories and characters, and to see this fictional world we love respected and not used for "revenge politics" (which is the true agenda Disney is pushing, btw. It's not liberal agendas, it's revenge due to anger over past inequality. And that's not okay). All that aside, don't claim the left hates Theory. That's a false assumption.

I happened to be watching another channel's live stream that night. It was during the discussion after they watched the show that someone in the chat wrote that they were watching Wookiepedia and noted the change as it happened. This massive screw up is proof of the claims that they don't care about Star Wars and the lore. They are really losing it now because there is no way they can twist this to defend it.

Conform or be silenced. They could just go on about their business and ignore any creator/voice that’s critical of SW. They choose to engage, to attack, to try to silence opposing voices, all while flailing and pretending to be victims. It’s just like politics for many of them. Bend the knee or be dealt with. The way they are seemingly oblivious to their hypocrisy should be a clue as to what type of people they are, just in case them calling everyone that has a different opinion on entertainment -ists and -phobes didn’t already make it obvious.

These extremists who supposedly promote tolerance are resorting to a lot of name calling, threats and hatred. Star Wars Theory is a beacon of hope in the Star Wars community and I'm glad he stands tall to Disney. Identity politics are dividing more than they are uniting.

If Wookiepedia recieved credible death threats they should go to the authorities, if Star wars theory has a case, ....the system will bottle it up for 2 years. personally I only want to see where the budget went for the alcolyte because if they don't give us a wookie jedi fight and he dies off screen when they have a 200 million dollar budget for 8 episodes, I need to know why. I watched that vid and all he was doing was saying "this is false, I never incited violence," and I've watched this guy for a long time. He always told everyone to be respectful and civilized when giving out their opinions. Honestly, Disney needs to go bankrupt at this point. This is 100% defaming and Theory is well within his rights to sue.
