Awesome, you did it!!!!! Thank you SquashTV
Hammamys winner at 1.43 was immensely deceptive and clever - a great flick of the wrist for that drive shot 💜💪
personally i felt king knew what was going on and wanted to delay / distract. For anyone who think hammamy shouts too much, in this match, king did all the shouting
11:20 such an awkward sight to see the player mopping the floor, times have changed a lot.
interesting match..
That's a big NO LET at the end there, referee is blind
What is the actual ruling to King's question at 29:08? How long does a player have to ask the ref for a review, after the rally has finished?

And can a player look to their entourage/coach in the crowd to get guidance on whether they should review a point or not? (which I believe is what King was also asking about)

As I understand it the player has to ask immediately after then end of the point. The player should not receive any coaching during the game therefore should not look back but this happens often and hard for the ref to prevent unless it is obvious.

They all know the answer, you have to ask immediately. But I don't think there was too long of a pause.

@@borysbond4179 So true. Hammamy did ask immediately for a review and there was no obvious gesture that she was looking outside for the help in that decision making. So, King's question had no relevance to what's transpired. Hence the ref's reaction, "I'm not actually sure what you're saying." Maybe King's purpose was to distract the ref from reviewing the play not knowing that Hammamy had no review left.
Why no cleaners
"Good housework from King". Even as a man I think that shows a complete lack of respect for these fantastic athletes.
28:48 Hammamy shouts and screams at the ref for a review which she's got none. When she realized that she's used already and didn't have one, she just turned her back to the ref without a word like "my misunderstanding" or "my mistake" or even a simple "sorry". I believe the problem is more to do with people around her than herself. It shows that people around her are letting her to be the biggest arse as long as she's winning. If you want Squash to be major, you'd better start educating players about the common sense, politeness, manners and class. I mean who would want to endorse a sport with full of top players without these quality...

that makes no sense, sometimes you lose track, and you are in the heat of the moment, have you ever seen anyone who lost control totally? she didn't lose control at all
