You can run into crazy people in houses like this. Squatters, people using it for criminal activities, you name it. So, definitely be careful. But if he was going to come out with guns, he would have done it when you knocked on the door. It's like with wild animals. You want to make a lot of noise. Don't surprise them or corner them. That's when things get dangerous. But if you feel unsafe for any reason, get the heck out of there. Trust your instincts and be safe.

Good on you, Robert! Pray over the job and ask for direction and protection. If the home owner comes out and tells you to stop. You stop. If they don't, look what you have done for the neighborhood! Blessings abound!

Was sad to see you cut so many green ferns in yard but the yard was massive. So hope some come back as they are lovely.

From the look of that house, an overgrown yard is the least of that property's problems. Supposed to be demolished? Definitely.

It is possible they were inside and watching, and trying to decide in their minds what to do with a stranger out in their yard. Ultimately, since you didn't feel comfortable, and people tried to warn you it could be unsafe, I'm glad you left "early". You still made a huge change. A lot of space was recovered, yard form was being recovered, visibility was greatly improved. Should be better for the person and the neighborhood. Sometimes "everything" could be "too much change" if a person is struggling with trauma, etc. Admiring how much you got done, likely will still be the talk of the neighborhood. Wondered if there is such a thing as "friendly food" that might also help. Thought of a box of pancake mix and some eggs, a can of chili, or a convenience store would know what the local favorite junk food is. Just something to set outside the door. Interesting that was a piece of wilderness right in a busy area. By not clearing out to the edges, it was maintained.

It's crazy out in the streets, I was sleeping in my truck on the way cause Kevin was about two days behind me. But gotta say I meet some wonderful people on this trip. Made some lifetime friends along the way. I promise to be safe as I walk my path in life. Thank you for helping me continue to be able to help more people as I go.

Very true I really did meet some great people on this trip. You will see some of them in the up coming videos. As a matter of fact I called one of them just yesterday on the phone. His name is Tam so when you see that video coming up let him know he had the best people every helping him on his yard. Two people who really care about what they do.

We had two trucks on this trip, Kevin was working hard a town over. James was in Arkansas working and doing very well at his new job. Very proud of my boys. Kevin and I are in Florida trying to help as many people as we could. Sometimes doing as many as two a day. It was a wonderful feeling seeing people open up and sharing there lives with me. Much more to come. See you on the next adventure.
