I’m so glad I bought planted brackets
I'm still enjoyed watching your blog. I used to have a HKS super low rail with my black DC2 Recaro for my old EK3 and really does feel comfortable but not for long motorway drive.

I purchased bracket from eBay for my 2000 civic , they were about 70 for both, it's pretty ironic I did have to dremel out the inner mount for the bracket to the frame , as well as drilling out all four for the bracket to seat just like you did
You know every time I watch a new vid Tommy I wanna get parts for the hatch but the interior is so clean and its my daily so atm I can't bring myself to change it haha ! :)

+BVG Everyone builds differently! Sometimes you dont need new parts to make you happy. It's fine the way it is 👌
Wedge is terrible. i ordered a set of rails for my srd's to fit my girlfriends fa5 and they didnt fit at all and wouldnt do a return or help to fix it. In my case it didnt fit the seat or the car at all. Needed all custom work to fit, so that idea was scrapped

wedge is garbage, mine didn't fit either, almost $200 and they said i needed to modify them myself. (which would void the warranty)

Exactly what haggen said, and also with after market seat rails they make the seats sit lower. I want the passenger to sit low like I do in my bucket.
