When your going for a contact or a open dunk hold your right stick/analogue down (make sure to have the controller setting "shot aiming" turned off)

Something i use a lot on any finishing build is my analog stick. If you put it diagonal at like 2 o’clock it’ll make your player go up with your right and and if you do the same at 10 o’clock it’ll go up with your left hand

Dropstepper just moves them out your way. It throws them in a better animation for you to score than post spin.

on 22 there is like a pausin 2.0 where you basically run to the paint then run back out and as you about to run past the free throw line press l2, then when you see ya player half way thru the spin, you tap square, hold ya left stick to the rim and hold right stick down, if ya go on tiktok there's visual tutorials flex

Naw, i can tell you don't exactly know what fearless is this year. It's not just contested layups but for contact dunks as well lol. That badge is relentless and contact finisher put together this year if you didn't know.

Personally playing on a versatile big and having a 76 post control and 61 ball handle I technically use post spins running to the basket straight through is like for them taking a charge or gonna strip you easy. Just use spins it helps

@@steppa4699 don't need HOF rise up but with it you get more contact dunks. If you know what you doing in the paint gold is perfectly fine. My big gets more paint contact dunks than any other big on NBA 2k22 current gen and i only use rise up gold. Fast twitch and fearless HOF tho.

@@keshawnmahone2330 technically my build is a 6’9 versatile big so all I get are elite and pro contact dunks but even then the standing dunk animations still come when I get my slashing take rise up silver works just fine when you use spins or just fake

@@cxmpflight8937 you said when you get slashing take also. If you got take you don't even need rise up fr lol if you aren't going for contacts you don't need it. Some guards and forwards get stand dunk animations this year too.

block stats cou t a Lil diff compared to Interior defense. so if u upgrade your block but not paint defense u can contest. if u don't go for the contest with no interior defense then u shit out of luck
