Imo I doubt it, part of me wants it to happen but I reckon it’ll just be a vision Mara has hence why those scenes are back to back

I'd like to be defeated. Like so bad we have to leave the solar system with whoevers left. I don't like how happy go lucky the writings been for Destiny 2. We need serious n dark story telling WITH multiple PERMENANT losses. No more we sneeze n discover some hidden power to tickle gods to death, so lame.

@@michaelhuie5878 I agree but I feel like with the conclusion of the light and dark saga the witness HAS to die. Or the traveler. If one of them survives then we would still be in this light and dark war. I would like to see another collapse and then a game or expansion about this new Dark Age. But there’s no way that’s happening. $10 says we defeat the witness and move on

@@SeaJT We also have the 3 Episodes after launch to hopefully n respectfully tie up loose ends and fully end the saga. Really hope it isn't just rushed through.

@@michaelhuie5878 @SeaJT in all honesty i agree with you both i would love this to be a not so happy ending or if we do win what did it cost type of situation but i only see it going a few ways its either a stalemate and we persue the witness out of our system , we lose completely and thats it we die XD or join the witness , or we beat the witness and lose some stuff along the way maybe the last city and we decide to go and find the winnower in what i presume to be a D3 and itd be a fresh start i might be missing a possible outcome but idk lmk what you think ?

@@Shadowcatzz_YT Honestly anything tied to the Light and Darkness needs to end. Otherwise they wouldn't be specifying this is the end of the Light vs Darkness saga. So whatever the outcome is it makes most sense to me we end up leaving and everything is destroyed/undone. Eituer that, we ALL die, or everyone lives happily ever after in harmony lol.

Why is everyone saying Bungie overdelivered? Far as I can tell, this is not much different aside from Prismatic. Which I guaran-fucking-tee is going to be a broken mess (Just look at Strand and Stasis when they first launched.)

for me its the quality of life and sandbox changes that have been long overdue and needed to the game that im looking forward to such as the new mod overhaul for weapons UI buff changes and in game lfg improvements content in the game is always nice like the 50 plus weapons were getting im mostly just exciting that i feel overloaded with stuff to do come launch as with lightfall and some other dlcs i felt like after week 1 i was already done if that makes sense

@@Shadowcatzz_YT Hopefully you're right, but I didn't exactly feel the warm and fuzzies seeing the gameplay trailers. It just seemed like they were taking rehashed storylines from past expanssions and changing who was the 'traitor'/affected party. Osiris/Savathun, Zavala/Witness, Sloane/Ahsa, it's a frankly tired process. Plusly, the poor/limited implementation of Onslaught didn't exactly fill me with hope for the future of the game (not to mention the bugged enemies in Zero Hour), and the atrocious drop rates for the BRAVE weapons (even after the buffs) made grinding not even worth it. Yes, it was last minute to fill the gap, but they could have done something more original than just barebasic Gears Horde with frankly garbage rewards. There's a big difference between rare rewards, and throttling rewards.

@@noobpuncher8571 i completely agree with you on that point i do think that the drops are dumb given the time lock and also that even when you get a shiny 9/10 times its a bad combo that doesnt know what it wants to be however i do think that onslaught for a first implementation wasnt terrible i have more fun then i dont tbh but it needs more work and love you hit it on the nail by saying gears horde mode i really wish they'd lean more into it and just let us have fun unlimited in a way like overhaul mothyards make it one spot and let us buy vehicles and stuff you could overhaul the battlegrounds maps in a sense if space is a issue my biggest fear is its gonna die out and become another gambit tons of potential but never given time or resources to blossom

That series ignores the lore of the games and books. No Destiny needs to steer way clear of anything the Halo show has done/doing.

@@Shadowcatzz_YT Will they is the issue. Look at Halo, The Witcher, Rings of Power, Resident Evil. I know they do plan on making a Destiny Movie n Series. That's what Sony wants to do n why Luke moved positions, he's working with the destiny extended media team. I wanna be hopeful but idk.
