I don't think the ninja character looks too bad, considering Burst beys had a similar looking humanoid face wearing a helmet on a lot of the chips.

His voice cracked so hard I heard a capital E in “nEw”

I feel like a good solution to the ratchet issue would be proportional scaling or something like that, shorter ratchets have the protrusion be more exaggerated since they're more protected, being lower while the taller ones have a more muted or a less protruding set of contact points, since being taller means they're more vulnerable to attacks

I would probably put balances on ratchets where higher ratchets have less recoil shapes for burst resistance E.G. 4 80 having it's contacts shape like 3 60 for more weight and Stamina along with being harder to burst

I think we may be jumping to conclusions in regards to 1-80. I've seen 1-60 used in defense combos and work really well.

I'm happy that I'm eating my words about Shinobi Shadow. It works better than I though.

The disk from dran buster is holding it back in my opinion it has a stamina tip but a attack type disk why i rather that disk from Phoenix or that part from the new wizard also i hate that driver from the dinosaur bey perosnal i would give it the same part from shark edge do to it having decent stamina.

1:35 For Shinobi's ratchet choice it literally makes no sense for a defense type, why 1-80? It felt rushed out for no reason, and on a defense type of all types? It literally would've been 100 times better if they did 9-70 instead, since Shinobi is 3 bladed and it fits more for a defense type, and it being a new ratchet all together if they wanted to have all new parts for Shinobi. They should've gave 1-80 to Tyranno Beat, that would've made more sense since Beat is a attack type and it kind of fits for a dinosaur of having a powerful bite/strike. 2:57 I do agree and disagree on the your take on the ratchet. Of course we've been getting a lot of the same shape but with different height, but with how X is going it somewhat makes sense. They want to have heights for all of the sides before making new ones to make it very customizable and if the ratchet changed designs for every height, then like you said it's going to get very confusing and disoriented. But at the same time I do agree that they need to make more sided ratchets more often, it is starting to get boring with all of the different heights we've been getting like 4-70, 1-80, and 5-70. Since the beys release on a monthly bases, yeah having my 10th 3-60 is not very exciting anymore since most of us know how it performs. Really hope TT will release more sided ratchets once season 2 of X comes along.

They could be going for what KnightShield has with the imbalanced weight. I've also heard that 1-60 helps with rebounds in pockets. I've seen it on a UnicornSting combo.
