Feel like that'd the case of procedure for entertainment industry Even for games. I seen VAs talk about how they only gave them their lines etc, doesn't show the scenes or anything, just tells them to basically be whatever emotion needed, and do MANY takes then they simply take the one they need after So they end up basically not being spoiled for the most part and still enjoy the final product like its something new
