They ultimately ended up stepping back from the crown, that does not equal “a quiet life”. They still have other things they want to pursue in their personal life which they did. Do you expect them to drop every foundation they were (and still are) working with outside of the crown too? Literally the only way they’d be able to have a quiet life and not somehow end up in the public eye with the level of stalking they receive from the public would be to move to Antarctica and live in a hut and on top of that never leave said hut. They hid for 6+ weeks with Tyler Perry with no one knowing where they were and THE MOMENT the media realized where they were people were breaking into the Tyler Perry’s property to get to them.
