Today we take a look at FiveWay Farm and phase one of the work we completed there. This equestrian paradise has everything! Phase one included remodeling the stable area of the existing stone 2-story barn to the left as seen driving towards the front of the new stable. The new stable wing is 36’x149’ and includes 10 stalls, 3 tack-up stalls, and 2 wash stalls. Above the stable wing is a 1296 sq ft living space for the farm manager. There is a 25’ wide connector leading to an attached 90’x200’ indoor riding arena. This video was done prior to the Phase 2 stable wing which comes straight out of the front and creates a courtyard type effect as you would be driving in from the road. Phase 2 added 4 stalls, 1 grooming stall, 1 tack up stall and a large lounge area overlooking the outdoor ring. One interesting item in this project was joining both existing and future plans while maintaining the initial feel of the previous property (using stone, standing seam roofing, and keeping the indoor arena hidden behind the phase one stable wing).
