As a illari main I get told this a lot but, people don’t understand you need to balance damage and healing. If your team is critical heal other than that you should focus on damage. That is also how you improve your aim btw

Yes! I totally agree! And sometimes (often) my team just can’t do anything even if I am healing good, so I am trying to get a pic and maybe carry the fight because I don’t want to lose. So true about aiming, you gotta shoot and shoot to improve your aim because you will need it so much.

make sure to find ur balance sens and when u do just stick with it dont ever never ever change it what ever happen and with time ur aim will be crazy sometimes it takes 2 -4 weeks even more to have aim like an aimbot :D

Damage mains complain about supports having too much damage potential (as if we're supposed to just always lose 1 on 1s). They neglect to remember they have BURST damage. They can delete other squishies in a heartbeat. Supports can't do that. We have to hit either two headshot or at least two body shots and a headshot to get a kill. Widow, Hanzo, Echo, Pharah, Junkrat, Soldier, Sojourn and the list goes on.... they either have a direct primary fire headshot or an ability that immediately deletes squishies when you hit them. The only thing close to that is a Lucio boop off a map.

I play a lot of duo support, so my friend knows when I’m going to do flanks and prioritizes healing me as Kiri when I TP back. The fact that in GM they don’t understand Kiri’s flank and damage output is wild

True, I like it so much when Ana heals me when I tp from flanking. Some understand and some just complain that they have to heal more…

@@anriell At your rank, I would’ve thought people would have better awareness of support roles instead of just “healing.” I’m in lower elo, so I get people spamming “heal more” when I annihilate the enemy supports XD

@@jorie100 Yeah… I see a lot of Mercy players boosted beyond their elo. They just healbot the tank.

I love how a healbot mercy was telling you to heal more when there was really nothing to heal… They were always healing tank instead of leaving it to the other support and boosting their dps. Sad people don’t know how to play primary and secondary support. (Love your kiriko btw❤)

I once played as kiri and my team couldn't stop dying so i had to hold left click the entire match and when we lost i got blamed for healing too much 💀 so i might start playing like you and get a little more agressive.

You NEVER need to hold heal the entire match. You can always fit at least one kunai between each heal and still keep max heals per second

They couldn't handle the zuzu style

I really hate the Suzu delay sometimes. Died so many times were I clearly used Suzu before the incoming hit that killed me and still died. The invuln phase doesn't seem to snapshot immediately.

Yeah it actually doesn’t, it has the casting time when you use it for yourself because you usually hit the ground with it and then it travels to you (I think). Also if you have a high ping it is even worse 😢

You played Kiri almost perfectly in the second game. A bunch of panic suzu (so a waste of the cooldown), but considering the fact that your Mercy was very slow to heal you, I would have waste it too :')

Anriel reminding me once again not to be afraid to deal damage and let the other support heal sometimes lol Edit: I feel that Suzu pain. I have seen this happen many times, but Suzu has a VERY slight delay when protecting Kiri, even when its quite clear we have flashed white. I am willing to bet that Sojourn's pov, you didn't flash white. It's happened to me numerous times. Yet, when protecting teammates. it will protect on the dot no issues. Not sure why it behaves this way, but it does. It's bizarre.

That's why it's called a "SUPPORT" not just a "HEALER". The flexibility of being a support is vast (except acting like a main tank because of their low health compared to an actual tank). Some people are still having a hard time understanding what supports actually are HAHAHA.

mercy mains thinks that playing support is getting your ass behind your teammates and do nothing besides healing.

This is the kind of Mercy my friends had been ordering me to play, sticking my beam to boost only one particular dps the whole game while I noticed that my Kiri was doing far better job lol. Now I rarely play her and they're not my friends anymore as well.

Honestly so i been practicing a lot of dps kiri lately. And yeah, you win more w a dps kiri than a kiri who focuses on healing. I mean shes versatile. But if you can cause a distraction, enemy is gonna fumble. Oh and if youre team is gonna complain about healing, they also need to practice the map more, and also get to cover. You cant just John Rambo the entire thing w a pocket healer. That makes playing support boring.

As a mercy main, its literally insane to see other mercys in higher ranks be kinda rude like that cause every mercy I've met in the lower ranks are absolute sweethearts :( same for kirikos. You are really good at kiriko and I really enjoy your videos, keep up the good work (also I love the kpop in the background lol)

i'm a mercy main and the one in this video had me so tilted for you.. my second support is always top priority for me, alwayssss, if a DPS dies while prioritizing your second support, you can res them, and you have a higher chance of getting a res off when your second support can heal you through it. D: i don't understand some mercy mains..

The eichenwalde game was a bit riskier flanks that I would not have done but ur aim is really good. Push the robot was very clean gameplay with simple off angles idk why you got flamed getting so many picks and them not really being low

And I was always low because I expected my Mercy to heal me as usually Mercys on high rank do - help the second support, but they just wanted me to look bad as it seemed. I still had more healing most of the game on Eichenwald

it’s always the mercy players to complain about healing i swear i don’t think they understand mercy is not a main healer.

Hey I have like 200 hours on kiriko . Remember to always throw a kunai between each heal even if you just spam it without aiming. Nice shots and editing!

honestly while I could understand the second mercy, since mercy purposes isn't heal either, I would say that you were very good kiriko so really no need to complain, wp anyway!

As a moira main I see this a lot. Even though I clearly balance damage and heal perfectly well. Especially when it was easy to clean up low hp enemies or dive the supports no one else does. But I realise the shittier they are the less tolerance they have to see supp dealing any kind of dps. Still remember get told I’m a dps moira with 500dmg. Lmfao. People don’t realise no enemy = no healing required.

tbf you def didnt heal the amount that you should ratio to dps, i understand mercys frustration. you had some really nice shots btw! i do think you should try to add a little more healing into your flow though, but you over all did very good :) (i dont want my initial to sound super negative)

I would expect GM players to know better. Now I think about it both Mercys are probably GM because they got carried by their duo otherwise I can't make it make sense

Unlike the payload in Escort and Hybrid maps, the speed of the robot's movement is not affected by the number of nearby friendly heroes.

Honestly you are not as good as the kiriko I have played in asia on dealing Damage I can't see you maximizing the full potential of kirikos damage. I recommend you to heal more cause base on this video. You miss like a ton. Sorry for comparing you. I'm just being honest. Based on my experience. The day you can hit like a ton of headshots is the day I think you're okay to do more damage than healing. Just watching that tracer fight.

Idk I feel like mercy’s are obsessed with their dmg to heal ratio and it ruins games she’s my least favourite support to duo with

You tp'ed and died within a second of tp'ing and blamed the Mercy for not healing you. Even if the Mercy had godlike reflexes you probably would have still died there (8:23). The Mercy even healed you less than a minute before that when you tp'ed (8:13).

I'm with you on the Mercy generally not healing you though. They're the worst. Power tripping on a no-skill character is insane. Had this happen to me a few times in qp. It's usually the low ELO ones. I bet that Mercy got boosted to GM and has a gold mentality (all of them are boosted unless they play other characters).
