FYI. I have something similar to what you have. You can place the unit inside if you get some motorcycle exhaust wraps from the auto parts store. Use the wrap on the exhaust pipe and point the exhaust down so you don't collect moisture and block the gasses from escaping. The moisture will collect and freeze in the pipe and send the fumes back in your tent. Always point the exhaust pipe down!!!

@@leadfarmer73I bought the 'All In One' model for the first one, but then went with the one that comes in different parts, so I can configure it how I like and make it look really nice.

maybe pipe the inlet for the air to be heated with insulation so she can have circulatory air instead of heating cold outside air , exhaust inlet still should be outside . if the tent was ready to have that inside then i would insolate the exhaust inlet and out , make it longer to go outside

I camp in cold in Canada and I have a sheet/blanket of Nomex fireproof fabric which insulates well and can smother fire anytime. Good for tenting. Your citrus tips are still on mind here, I think you were a postie when I first watched you.

We run a big buddy heater on low(4000 btu) in our 600 Sq ft barn home. It doesn't keep us real warm but we use flannel blankets that works well. It was 11 this morning.

How long will it run on 1 gal of diesel? I couldn’t find the answer anywhere in the company’s product info and no other KZreadr who did a review mentioned it as well. I would love to buy one of these for my house. These gas companies are crazy with their prices for heating during the winter. I’m always paying close to $350-$450 a month just to run my heat on 72°. It’s ridiculous.

Mr lead make sure the weep hole on the exhaust is pointed down. Same heater inside my semi truck. The weep hole is located on the muffler

No. You can use a car battery, plug it into your Rv or camper cigar port or change it to ac and plug it in if you want.
