المسحوق ليس زعتر وإنما دقة وتشتهر في منطقة الحجاز خصوصاً عند أهل المدينة المنورة ، ومكوناتها عبارة عن حبوب الكمون وحبوب الكزبرة تحمص ثم تطحن و يضاف لها السمسم و الفلفل الأسود الناعم والملح الكمراني وملح الليمون. تؤكل مع الزبادي والخبز المديني.

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The water of Zamzam is for whatever it is drunk for.” (Narrated by Ibn Majah, 3062; this is a hasan hadith. Scholars and righteous people have experienced this - they have drunk it with the intention of fulfilling some need such as healing from sickness or being freed from poverty and distress, and Allah fulfilled these hopes).

Only the متأخرين made this Hadith Hassan, and like I said there’s no doubt in the barak and blessing of zam zam water as The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) described this water itself as: “It is blessed, it (even) serves as food.” Narrated by Muslim (2473). According to a report narrated by al-Bazzaar, at-Tabaraani, al-Bayhaqi and others, there is the addition, “and a healing for sickness.” See as-Sunan al-Kubra (5/147).

Not arguing but, Ibn al-Mubarak entered Zamzam and said, “O Allah, Ibn al-Mu’ammal told me, from Abu’l-Zubayr from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘The water of Zamzam is for whatever purpose it is drunk for,’ so, O Allah, I am drinking it (to quench) my thirst on the Day of Resurrection.”

I found دكة to be more spicier, it contains dry cumin, coriander and black pepper.

it's actually مُختلف فيه. some scholars say it's sahih or hasan, and some say it's weak or موضوع.
