That's where people used to dispose of their old razor blades.. there was a special made slot in the back of the medicine cabinets just for that purpose..

It's more than 51k in cash....the bills with the red seal is probably worth a good amount more than face value.

Depending on the condition of those Red Seal notes, and if circulated or uncirculated, I'm assuming between 1928 and around 1963, they could be worth more than the projected value of $51,000 for the face value of all. Uncirculated Red Seal notes can go up to as much as around $22,000 each.

Bookmark with the x is where theirs more money the passages say it all. The picture is where it's at. It's near trees possibly three or four of them. The circled numbers are either for a combination or coordinates to show the exact location of the buried item.

I've beeb in the construction renovation business for close to 50 years, in NYC. In that time we've found numerous items...some interesting, some valuable...mostly interesting junk. But one thing a locksmith friend told me a long time ago...If you find a safe and get it open and there's a bottle of Liquor in it...DON'T drink it! In the old days it was common to leave a bottle of liquor in a safe...so when the safecracker broke in, he'd find the booze, Have a drink on the Owner, to toast his good luck, and they'd find him the next...DEAD...The booze was poisoned... Finder Beware!

Take a trip to Mesa Arizona. Or use Google Maps street view. Look for that specific house. The picture of the house if fairly clear, although it may have been torn down since then. The tree is right outside the house. See who owns it, and contact them.

A bloke in Australia just found $45000 in a paint can that he bought at a deceased estate after throwing it on a pile of rubbish for years. Look it up it's a great story.

The cash is worth more than they think, as I saw some silver certificate bills in it. They stopped printing them in 1964, and they are worth much more than their face value.

The title is a bit misleading. According to the narrator, the safe was under a kitchen cabinet in the floor. The combination on a card was found in the medicine cabinet. I was wondering why a floor safe was behind a medicine cabinet at first. :)

The most likely version, the dude was given just the book, went, and found the safe with the money in it at the tree. The code, opening the safe everything was buried in. "Treasure" was already found. They opened it.

I found a wall map of Dutchess County NY property owners rolled up and tucked away in my home I purchased about 5 years ago. It is from 1938 and the size is 4' x 6ft .The only other one I found is for sale in a book store for $1500

In most nations, if you found decades old money it would be utterly worthless. Pretty amazing that American money remains legal tender no matter how old it is.

If I bought the house, then I would keep the money. If they wanted someone else to have it, they should have already given it to them. End of story!

The $2 & $5 bills appear to be United States Notes (red seal & serial numbers) rather than Federal Reserve Notes. They may be worth more than face value to a collector. 1963 $5 United States notes can bring anywhere from $6 to $15 depending on condition. 1928 $2 United States Notes can bring $4 to $30; 1953 or 1963 series are worth a bit less.

Well if I had found the money in my floor you wouldn't see me for a year. I would be traveling around the world. Take time off from the working world and just relax

If you ever buy an old house check to see if it was build by a builder or built by order. Built by builder basically means that a builder made it then put it up for sale. Basically a factory build house. If its build by order, aka someone ORDER it to be built. Odds are higher to have goodies in it.
