His acting here is superb. A drop of tear promptly dropped out of his left eye when she mentioned his sister’s name. The sadness, the regret, despair, the I-wish-I-could-have-met-you-in-other-circumstances desire in his eyes made me emotional. I watched this movie after CLOY. Then I understood why they both repeatedly said they wanted to meet again in a melodrama. This movie is so good, but it’s so sad.

I said this to my friends before. It baffles me that no one thought of pairing them up years ago considering how SoKor loves to mix and match their stars. They're the same age, are active in the industry at the same time and had similar levels of popularity. How did it take so long? But perhaps that's just how the universe wanted it to play out. Waited for them to be truly comfortable in their careers and personal lives so that when they did get together, it would be smooth sailing.

I'm so glad they are dating now🤣 his wish came true. They haven't have the chance here so they have a chance in crash landing and now they are together😆 I felt side and frustrated that Hyunbin died here without them dating 🥺 it was really sad

@@iff4h124 Hi, “April Snow” was a controversial daring movie at a time, when there was still political upheaval and a throughout currupt dictatorship- like government, and people were traumatised by all sorts of things. I think, in this climate, people did not want to see marriage break ups in such a way like this story unfold. I think, when APRIL SNOW aired in 2005, the explicit sex scenes in this movie, and also the theme of being unfaithful was very offensive in SOUTH KOREA. The movie was very delicate, the sex scenes necessary, as both explored how it feels like to be unfaithful, and have been cheated on by their spouses, still attending and caring about their once beloved ones. The scenes were they had to go to the victims family was heartbreaking. It was an exceptional thriller, which stayed with me till today, especially Bae Yong-Joong, and Son Ye Jin were mesmerising authentic in their characters. Bea Jong Jun was very famous at this time. He was the ultimate idol since his series Winter Sonata (2002). Anyway APRIL SNOW was one of the best Korean movies l ever saw. There was nothing pretentious, nothing sensational, just 2 people from an ordinary marriage, who were force to face a new reality in the face of death. Thank you.

when I watched this movie in cinema on and the ending doesn't end good for him, I hoped that they should have a another romantic movie or drama, and then CLOY did happened after CLOY I also hoped that should end up together as couple and yes they became real couple...( though I'm still that YeJin would end up with JungWooSung someday...)

This scene literally had me getting goosebumps and I didn't even realize I was holding my breath while I was watching the movie. Literally the highlight of the movie and the only scene where the two were together but in my opinion, unforgettable. The intensity is enough to visually last in your memory.

It's amazing to see how versatile they can be. Needless to say they are great actors able to play different roles perfectly. Congratulations.

Since the beginning he didn't intend to kill her, he wanted her because he knew she is the only one, capable enough to reveal the truth after he died when she realized he was there knowing he won't make it. The whole scenario is worth some!
