well depends on wat they want to do they only have 12 eps per episode and they don't want to make anime originals of episodes so yah and the author of the magna decides when they kiss and get to gather and right now at this time I'm making this comment the author is not up to birthday or summer festival so it might take a while yes only if the author wants it to

The firework scene is so cute.

Well if that isn't the most adorable thing than I don't know what is. Though I haven't watched the show yet, It's a little concerning that the last episode of the 2nd season has this for a payoff. I know they're just kids, but still. I love a good romance anime but I need to get a payoff for the time invested. Too many of them are just ads for the manga basically.
