Wow that's a blast from the past. My dad got me a big red 250 when I was 8 or 9 years old, and way to small for it. I rode it like I stole it. Sometimes I wonder what my dad was thinking buying me that thing. He would definitely get locked up in today's world for less then half of the stuff he let us do and play with as kids. Wouldn't change growing up like that for the world.

When i was 12 my parents were divorced and i lived with my mom in the city and i asked my dad for a motorcycle and he gave me a 76 cj360 road bike and told me not to ride it wink.? Lol i remember pushing it to the fire Department so they could help me bend my shifter back. Lol the 90s were a different time.

@@dustinh4175 Definitely a better time to grow up compared to today. For my 12th birthday my dad bought me a 92 kx250 that was way to big for me but he let me ride it when ever and where ever. I ran from cops on it once and all they did was come to my house the next day to yell at me and talk to my dad about it. Nowadays they would Impound the bike and lock me up. Kids today barley go outside and play. All they do is play on their tablets, phones or game system. It's a shame that they didn't get to grow up in the 90s like us and experience being a kid more often. The only time I played my game systems was if the weather was to bad to be outside If it wasn't raing/storming I would be out putting miles on my bicycle/dirt bikes, or shoot my bb guns, or real guns like a 22lr or 410. I wouldn't trade those days for anything!!

Wow, I remember the Honda Big Red 250 that was passed around in the family for almost 25 years! Thing had a weld patch on the tank from wreck that made a gash in it, had to pull crank it because the electric starter had completely went out and the shocks were pretty much gone..... but it would crank and run like a dream every time.

So many memories. We had the Kodiaks I think. But they were the big beefy ATV's and we had gun racks side mounted and then bow mounts on the back. They had a ton of custom options.. We could take down a 150 lb boar, gut it, and chuck it on the front or back, trudge through the tire up swampy mess you were in to get the hog and get back out. They had front winches and a unique seat that let the rear passenger hold on to a thin vinyl strap right behind the driver's butt. It was so impractical. And held on with about 10 randomly place staples.

I had a 200 Big Red that was chain driven! I worked on a farm I could put 700 lb of feed on the back rack plus me being 200 plus and you couldn't even tell it had anything on it. We had two trailers for the three wheelers. One built out of a pickup bed that we used to build fence out of. The other was built out of a military metal box about as wide as the three wheeler and about 4 ft long. The only things I ever had to replace on it was brake handles, I was really good at breaking them. And the chain and big back chain gear. Oh and the one time someone tried to steal my three-wheeler I had to replace the key switch. It went through hell and back again and went back again for some more!

Remember the honda pilot?? My next door neighbor had one when i was a kid and man, i probably rolled that thing 25 times but i stayed strapped in and the engine would stay lit, id pin it and be off immediately. The odessy were like the little brother to the pilot. Back in the day i had something called a honda gyro. Its a 3 wheeled moped you can lean. It had a shock type of stabilized kingpin sort of subframe differential job that held the 2 rear wheels which allowed the rest of the thing to pivot back and forth in turns but would stay upright just sitting there. My dad took it in on trade for a dollar. He actually took a buch of mopeds in on trade for a dollar and brought them home. They got my buddies and i to the skatepark and dirt jumps a few miles away for years and years. We would pull the front wheels of our bmx bikes off, bungee cord the forks to the back of the moped, take the chain off, dont lose the master link retainer, and just drag our bikes around while the rear wheel was rolling behind us. I started doing all this at 8 years old.

Can't tell you how many times I almost died on one of those coming around a corner too fast on 2 wheel trying to keep it from Rollin while trying to dodge trees. My first encounter with a Big Red was back in 1984. I wasworking at a ski resort on a snow making team. The first time I had to drive one was a night and the parking brake didn't work. I pulled up to a snow making machine and pulled the hand brake lever and pushed the locking mech. in. I turned around to see my ride rolling down this steep headwall. I tried to catch it but gave up after ten yards. It made it to the bottom before it rolled over side to side. It was fixed by my next shift and decided to use a new snowmobile instead from that point on.

I wish she was still physically able to do that stuff like I said cherish the moments it makes me smile inside to see you guys hanging out like best friends nothing better than that. Hope to see some more contact even if it’s just barbecuing and shooting the breeze.

I had a small 125 Suzuki four wheeler back in the 90s. I was around 10-11 at the time and not strong so I couldn't start it. Got stuck out in a field because it stalled but luckily someone I knew was out there and restarted it for me. That was the last time I drove a 4 wheeler other than in the GTA games.

Loved my three wheelers. They were so much fun. crashed them alot. lol. Had my own at like 8 and drove it everywhere. Every night my dad would give me a hard time about leaving it out in the weather. One day I actually put it away in the garage. That night the garage burnt down. lol I was devistated.

I have a ES Honda 250 #3 of 85. All original aside from the tires. I took it all over the mountains in Arkansas. They said I'd die going down that mountain.... My three legged dog and I showed them how we do it in Texas.

I think it's really really funny that at 8:49 Scott Jr(son) was having a really hard time TRYING to lift it when he looks pretty strong/big and then at 9:26 dad(Scott Sr.) Lifted it with no problem and he looks alittle smaller than his kid(Scott jr.). And then after his dad Lifted it Scott Jr goes "oh you ate your Wheaties this morning and goes whoop like it's nothing." LOL 😆 he was just kinda making fun of himself because he was struggling and then his dad did it like it was a peice of paper. 😆

had a 84 250 trx utility 4-wheeler. 2 wheel drive and had high and low range. ruff riding, but she always started and run. mostly wide open, it would only do about 35mph. still loved that thing tho, it never let you down.
