Liquor license penalty should be incurred if bar owners don’t address the issues. Especially with unruly patrons, solicitors, suspicious criminal activity etc.

That’s like saying the drug dealer is not the problem he should close his shotty business down ppl do anything for money even if that means ruining lots of people’s lives !!

I lived across from a bar once. It was not fun. It wasn't as hoppin as this place, but it was really scary. Ppl do crazy stuff when they've been drinking.
