Your not quite correct on the second agenda. The WHO has stated they have no authority to impose their high tech pandemic plan on nation states. They do however require nation states to put in place legislation that when enacted gives the UN total control not only over that nation but the sovereign and human rights of it's citizens. Here in Australia the legislative changes assigned to the States resulted in the following. Upon the Chief Health Officer declaring a health emergency the Police Commissioner is assigned their post as assistant, the term used second in command. The Police Commissioner beyond all their existing powers may also use force deemed necessary to afford compliance including forced arrest, inoculation and detention including in a prison. That's concerning enough but the real thing to fear, the real thing that hands over both your nation and personal sovereignty to the UN is that part of the legislation that says once the Chief Health Officer powers are innacted " they cannot be rescinded by the Parliament ". Coupled with that Australia is a signatory to the UN pandemic plan meaning they will hand over our sovereignty to the UN. In the mean time our government state and Federal are quietly pushing through legislation without public debate or being critiqued by independent thought, itself a dying skill in our academic institutions to introduce digital ID's, facial recognition and powers to activate what they have finally admitted is in place, wide spread digital and visual recognition technologies developed specifically to manage and control human behaviour, weather it be how you drive down, what you spend including cash, how you drive or who you associate with, or even who you support and we saw that dystopian nightmare played out in Canada. If people are not scared of what we can see is very near a reality they are going to become very very scared when they realize it is their reality. May God protect Freedom and Democracy.
