i mean wounding in general is kinda an odd ball mechanic in both league and TFT, it either does nothing because they don't have enough healing that countering it is a waste of time or they have so much healing they heal through the wound.

Apparently the best Teemo Reroll comp needs Sona 2*, Poppy 2*, and Galio 3*. You 3* Teemo (obviously) and Galio, Swain, Kled - whichever 3 you can hit first. Late game you add in J4 and Lux for Strategist and Sorc.

Hi Brotherman 🫡 i play this Teemo comb a lot. An Ionic spark is a must, and when you play against rogues you have to put your units all in the corner so teemo will do the rest. This is no disrespect, love you brotherman ❤️
