I wish lasengle gives enkidu passive skill buff, he only have debuff skill

Enkidu's new battery helps with farming or min-turning, especially now they release those 90+++++ nodes. On the other hand, in boss fights I think the heal would be prioritized and the battery counts as a bonus, unless you get a chance to let loose and finish the boss.

Not really, in a lot of CQs the healing skill remains unused because Enkidu doesn't enter life support mode often provided you cycle defensive skills from the supports... This gives you more options

Honestly that would fit, since in Strange Fake he uses his Clairvoyance in a rather funny way but it’s also pretty important.

CasGil's stargen buff is really worse than a 1*'s... They need to probably make it have another effect like perhaps the same crit buff or another defensive effect. (Def up? Debuff immune along with buff removal resistance?)

I've said for 2 years that Enkidu should have a 100% NP Battery on his 3rd skill. 50% is very good though. Enkidu is still the best soloer outside of extra classes, and one of the best overall in FGO (oc when NOT against divine enemies and berserkers). Amazing buff (not perfect though) and very well balanced for Enkidu's status against his other competitors (namely Cù Alter and Van Gogh). Edit after watching the video: I think the flexibility of this skill is a bit under-stated in the video. In practice the battery gives Enkidu momentum in fast-paced solos (like Odysseus, Nobu Avenger and so on), which is what makes him able to keep up even with modern CQs on his own and without relying on his niche. There is so much depth to this skill, that I honestly might make a whole video myself about why this is insane, as it's just too much for a comment. In team play though, this skill can be either used to burst out enemies in min-turns (as a battery on his awkward deck is like magic tbh) or to enable even more self-sustain with offensive supporters who don't have defensive buffs for longer battles. Good content though, I'm not trying to flame or something, just giving my perspective as a BIG Clay enjoyer.

@@MystFGO As someone with a level 100 NP5 Enkidu. I gotta say this buff is pretty huge for clay in all honesty as well. Being able to burst a fight, or sustain a fight becomes a pretty legitimate option for Enkidu. It wouldn't be too difficult to 3 turn break bars with their ridiculous damage, and half way decent refund with the right team. It also helps against those CQ's that debuff you after you destroy a break bar. To me it's just a lot of utility on a single skill that's pretty flexible. Though I will admit it does have a long cool down on it, but I doubt there will be too many fights where Enkidu will need it to pop off a second time before the fight is over, or they have just trivialized whatever boss fight they just did. By the way, on Gilgamesh's skill upgrade, that did say it had a 20% crit buff added to him for 3 turns as well right? I don't think I saw you mention it.

Hmmm if Enkidu could have a cool down reduction on just his 3rd skill then it might be a better upgrade but if we wanted it go crazy then we could have a special damage mod on it too

Exactly, a 2 turn cool down reduction, and if a 10k heal is too much then just reduce it to 5k. That is more than enough.

@@shwedoo-6035 This would be impossible and doesn't fit with FGOs design philosophy. A smaller heal on rank up doesn't exist, and shouldn't exist, as it changes the skill fundamentally as a sidegrade rather than an upgrade. That'd be like making a 3t skill into a 1t skill but with a bigger number.

@@saraakthefgomaster7694 Fgo's "design philosophy" is to upgrade the skill the unit has, and a lower cooldown would be an upgrade because it is undeniably better than a useless heal. Now, I understand that fgo has never before reduced the numbers for one of their skills when they buffed it, that was just a suggestion for a tradeoff. I would be perfectly fine with a 10k heal instead of a 5k one with all the buffs and decreased cd. lmao

If you are on a team though, his healing skill remains mostly untouched because Enkidu rarely enters life support mode if you keep cycling defensive skills ... The buff gives you the option to use it in other scenarios

Slap the mc with guts on enkidu and he goes boss mode Instantly from 1 hp to full and faster nuking. Honestly wish the gil buff was just a straight buster up but it's still pretty good for trait damage.

I really thought the buff yang is np dmg buff (like oberon buff) and give special dmg to sky servant...so we get 2 buff, but the reality ITS only give np dmg to sky servant enemy..furthermore ITS only 20, well Gil already powerfull so yeah ITS give 80percent np dmg to sky servant with oBeron buff

Was hoping gil buff to include invul pierce, Ea being the strongest np in lore and all that. Star bomb aren't that good in this 3 colored chain environment so the only thing thats matter is the np damage up. Kinda bland tbh. Enkidu buff is way better imo.

I know this isn't the right video to ask but how is Ashwatthama so high on the archer tier list? My ash is grailed np5 and pampered but i just can't get him to outperform santa karna. I know his passives are crazy good but his star drop and np gain always seem prohibitively lackluster

Gil potentially can have 42% atk 90%×2 np damage up and 100% buster. Not counting enuma elish or man / human servant

Gilgamesh I understand, but enkidu? why? Enkidu's one of the best single target lancer you can have.

I agree on Gil's no tier change. It's a top tier buff for other suitable servant. But for Gil, not so much. He needed other stuffs, not this one. I don't think anyone ever complained about Gil's damage. He was relatively good in that department. Besides, it's not like the damage in wave 1 and 2 increased that much, not even enough to kill a secondary boss in wave 1 and 2 where there is no servant enemy.

Give Enkidu an NP swap buff once Strange Fake Collab happens, we need that Age of Babylon NP

The CE is just called "Cranking" so that's why myself and a lot of others call it the Bunyan CE because it has super bunyan on the art. TLDR; it's a better Aerial Drive.

I can understand their reluctance to buff Gil. I do think Tesla is better cuz Tesla got so many buffs but if they buff Gil too much, he would be too strong. Same for Archer Artoria. People like to compare Chloe to her but Chloe cannot loop like she does, Chloe has to depend on face cards.

chloe also cannot reduce enemy np gauge.. so artoria archer has more method of playing tho bad thing is it's only 70%

A guts after such a fat heal wouldn’t make much sense to me. Maybe a stun to keep him alive longer would be better

I am "SUPER" biased towards Gil and for me on a ranking list no one compares, that being said, realistically his buff is good but doesn't DO much per se, a crit dmg buff to go a long with them stars would have been great. Enkidus buff is just nice nothing bad but nothing really great to write home about either. Also happy new years my dude!

I am so happy for these buffs. Even after all this time they are some of my main DPS and faves. Planning to bring Gil to lvl 120. I dont agree with the tier list. But then again, I dont care about meta in FGO.

Enkidu is viable on 90++ node with this buff

Let's freaking goooo!! They made my favorite fgo character even better AGAIN?! (it's clay boy btw). He was my first 5* and I pulled him on a single pull in a reroll back in 2018 (that reroll also had Heracles btw). Needles to say, my boy holds a special place in my heart

you really need wisdom (of the people) to use Enkidu third skill

Enkidu deserves better... I would have preferred more utility on his heal... Kinda like some healers. Something to enhance solo gameplay like debuff immune of buff block... Buff removal immunity would be nice too kustblike having NP and Critical Stat gen. Or Crit Stars, NP and heals per turn.

I feel like his utility is already on the high end (divine stun, crit chance down, full self cleanse etc.) and he was already top tier as is. If anything this is a nice bonus, he didn't really need anything significant or anything at all.

Tbh I feel like the buffs for old servants should just make them more niche and solidified away from the newer but similar and often more powerful competitors which is what they’re doing and that’s really nice. Like Ishtar always will be the better generic Buster AoE just since her numbers are better overall and her NP is easier to use more often (though thematically I feel like her her mana Burst being a gem mana burst should be special rather than giving her the most generic stat I.e. ATK like honestly it should be like a fat NP dmg boost or a buster res shred or star bomb or something else that just isn’t ATK). Also just a side note I am still completely confused why Roma Quirinus doesn’t have some special passive or skill or at least built into his NP where there is invuln pierce!!? Like isn’t the point of a grand lancer being able to pierce any defense. Or at least make the Roman application not depend on crits since he can’t generate that by himself and would essentially depend on Merlin for the most part. Idk, Roma is one of my favs and I feel that he should have been able to be the best Lancer for AoE hard content like how Enkidu is best at ST hard content and then Melusine is great at all of it dmg wise.

Since Gil's 1st skill is just 5 CD, Gilgamesh can stack this buff under Double Koyan (or prolong it). This might allow him to clear CQ's w/o reliance on Black Grail and allows him to equip CEs with utility/survival instead. So this gives Gil more room for flexibility in his CE options now I guess. Enkidu's buff is honestly baffling. The 50% NP is welcome, but for something with a 10 CD, the buffs it has are incredibly underwhelming.

The Gil buff adds one change to his gameplay I think; He's no longer COMPLETELY selfish with his massive big chungus damage, and can share it with others... which is the most out of character game change for Archer Gil ever, but I digress. Ishtar had a similar capability with her charisma granting Crit Damage-- but that effect was functionally useless because she's an Archer so she stole all the stars anyways, making an AOE crit damage buff incomparable for an archer like one of these 2, but an aoe NP damage buff much more noticeable. That said, it absolutely does not justify changing his ranking on the Tier List I say-- Gil himself is still at most just a selfish NP nuke, and his skills, while not terrible still don't entirely benefit his kit as well as other Archers; his 3rd skill is still only really a 30% battery, and his first skill now does... something more than be a pure charisma. His second skill... isn't bad at least. The Enkidu buff, I don't think it changes him too much-- but it also makes his gameplay SO much more interesting, and I love it.

@@kallemort "the one who saw it all" probably refers to how he had already foreseen all of act 2 since act 1, and is still a Charisma, as all its effects buff the entire party just like how a Charisma is despicted in the Lore. Meanwhile, Sha Naqba Imuru is a Clairvoyance (rank EX) that only applies to him. Golden Rule is the skill that could be buffed to Sha Naqba Imuru, adding effects that are only for him, as the 50% NP gain is already for himself only

I just watched the new FSF trailer, if they don't give Enkidu an animation update at some point before/during its run, I'll be convinced that Lasengle doesn't want to do animation updates anymore. Seriously, a full year since they've been in charge and we've had 1 animation update.
