Recently been bingeing through content from 3-4 years ago and I had a thought: I’d love to see current Kensei take on some of these unreasonable maps that old Kensei uploaded as losses and see how he fares today.

I finally learned how to save a map and in stages. I will use that one to hone down my growth as efficiently as I can. This game, sometimes I enjoy my failures more than my successes; which at the hardest setting of caustic is at a 95% failure. Lol.

Hi Kensei! Big fan, i'm sure you've had this comment before but I highly recommend you play Against the Storm, i'm pretty sure it's been recommended to you before. Its a fantastic game, brilliant unlock progression system and scaling difficulty. It's got a much calmer atmosphere to it than this and age of darkness but its a lot more challenging since you play with no pause. Game speed with no pause is fairly quick, can be quicker than TAB maps even so despite being calm, its surprisingly fast paced at times. I highly recommend!

I was deeply intrigued with it early on; though hesitant because of how forced the complexity of the resource system seemed. Then they nerfed trading, which made it obvious the devs were going to force you to play the way _they_ wanted you to play. Pretty much lost all interest after that.

That was a bit anticlimactic. After the first half hour, I sped forward to the last 15 minutes and didn't seem to miss anything. The only real challenge appeared to be the waiting 😅

If someone was willing to mod the game to change certain things like wasp cost etc to your tastes would you use it?

Instead of building and populating towers linearly, hitting the corners first would be a good idea. Their range covers the most area of zombie pathing, maximizing troop effectiveness.
