Honestly, I tried create with that mod and it would be way better if the ventilation system was easier to use, because it makes any type of internal factory just explode no matter how much ventilation you putt without just removing the roof, and even then it tends to clog up in corners and explode.

​@@snottytoe6957 You can change configs to make pollution generate slower. I don't think there is a way to make the gasses/ventilation go faster though. In this case, since the engine has an exhaust, you can just disable pollution for every block except the engine itself. The exhaust would help transport the gas faster. I'm not sure how the exhaust works with pollution of the realms, but you can probably just add the exhaust block itself as a generator instead of the engine and it would work fine?

Shalz, please use the mod "Mekanism". The create mod misc and things adds an alternator and a electric motor. Power the alternator with the creative motor or any kind of other power source of the create mod and connect the alternator with the electric motor using a "universal (electric) cable" or something like that.

You know, ad astra uses oil, TFMG uses oil, and I'm using create with ad astra. On the mod page they say they are toying around with the idea of essentially using create like a library to integrate it's power system with other tech mods, so I wonder if there's a possibility of TFMG and ad astra being compatible. It would be so cool to integrate create into the ad astra progression, especially if it's with an addon *this* cool

I honestly like that Create is pretty much the new, immersive version of older mods because it makes the world FEEL more active to accomplish these goals of storing energy or creating new energy forms with oil processing, using those to make factories work or even probably figure out some way to set up a fueling system to "cars" that requires them to have gasoline in a tank in order to move

create and a lot of the more "steam-punk" addons were the peak of minecraft modding you got the factory experience with the base minecraft simplicity, but it wasnt as simple as the old beta days if you go too modern, it stops being fun, and starts being a chore, because the whole thing about minecraft is working around limitations, and not just making it a second job, everything in create just makes the base game slightly easier, and instead, you are building instead of doing anything else

@@dreaddshorts when he said "creation" he means that which HE created, not everything by proxy By making EVERYTHING be shoved full of his word, it makes his love feel less special, more mundane, and then, it may even give the opposite effect of what he wants. He told us not to worship idols for a reason

This is absolutely my jam, it would go well with the fusion power ring.

It seems like create is slowly becoming the modern (and less convoluted) equivalent of gregtech lol. Hopefully this lowers the barrier of entry into tech mods because there is some really cool stuff out there :D

Very interesting.

For me the issue with this kind of thing is that there really just isn't a reason for all of the extra work because most things would never take such a huge amount of stress to warrant getting the upgraded engines. A max level boiler is easier to make and provides more stress than most people would ever be able to use.

I personally want more reasons to have stuff work for needing this particular resource extraction, like using it to fuel specific vehicles or to use it in machines as fuel for a certain kind of tier or equipment type. It’s very cool to see it exist at all but I need there to be a much bigger reason to be useful and also be fun to engage with it

finding your channel was the highlight of my day! ✨

At this point, Create and its addons are just Factorio in Minecraft. The expansion is even called the factory must grow!

The Factory Must Grow is an mod pack with lots of mods based on an factory... And who was created was before Create existed...

It’s really satisfying to ear your voice when I look at your video editing.

Man, this is giving me flashbacks to Feed the Beast era mods and modding intercompatibility. All the way to fueling your spaceships with the oil.

I forget what mod I used, but it added oil and the like to pump. Forget how you actually got it, but I recall running an oil pipeline to my main base, roughly 2k blocks away, and accidentally forgot where it was (as I was laying the pipe about two blocks over the ocean) and had a type of S that wasted a ton of pipe xD. think it was for the galactic craft mod, which I suddenly want to play again lol

kinda wishing I could've seen shalz turn up the speed on the creative motor moving the pumpjack so we could see what it's like at maximum efficiency

@Shalz you should try "destroy" create adon, it would be cool

It would be cooler if the carbon dioxide output had a very tiny bonemeal effect on surrounding chunks, like 1/1000th or something while very slightly reducing CO2 in the process, because that actually reflects real life. CO2 is plant food after all, when the levels rise, plants grow faster and larger and convert more CO2 to O2 as they do so, the air in greenhouses has elevated CO2 for a very good reason, and it has to be added constantly because the plants keep on consuming it.

There is a another oil-based create mod out there that is much simpler and I used another mod to use it so that some of my oil by-product I could use to actually fuel blaze burners for super heating

There needs to be a create mod add on based on Deep Rock Galactic that adds the glyphids to caves and the various minerals, and it’s compatible with create alloyed guns to create lots of ammo with nitra, also morkite can be ground into liquid morkite, and liquid morkite can be combined with like, gunpowder or something to make the crude oil of this create addon

You should check "Destroy: Chemistry and Carnage" addon for create
