Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard: the only person in the 22nd century to make the most boilerplate average shotgun from CoD: Ghosts actually viable. For those not in the know, the MTs255 was a shotgun available in Call of Duty: Ghosts's multiplayer

I don't know why there wasn't more stuff like backpacks in the vanilla game. It makes so much sense.

I don't know. When I do a Brotherhood build, I always have high intelligence. Hacker, Science, Robotics, and Nuclear Physicist.

“Mare’s Leg” is a legendary Short Winchester Rifle from the Fallout TV show. It has applied the “Explosive” legendary prefix, and is primarily used by antagonist Cooper Howard. It is IN THE VANILLA GAME. (If you have Far Harbor) (Actually, I have no idea if it’s the rifle or the MTr that’s explosive, sorry)

they added with the next gen update the CC to change the numbers on vaults suits also the color, so don't need a mod

I saw another mod that was for the ghouls gun that looked like the one from the show was a 4 shot revolver shotgun with explosive rounds and it was in red rocket at the start of the game near the power armor station on a table with amo is that one any good? Or did they change it haven't been able to try it yet

Which character would I rather play as? The Ghoul. I’m already planning my Ghoul run since my first run was a Lucy type good guy and my second/ current is a BoS Knight, I want a properly evil, unaffiliated, bounty hunter character to take to Nuka World. (Gunslinger, rifleman, the ghoulish perk to get power from radiation, cannibal.. any suggestions welcome. Also, which ending would The Ghoul have: BoS, MM, RR or Institute?)

I feel the ghoul would go MM, but he would be likely to ignore a lot of the mark it on your map missions unless he could benefit from them directly. Also, more settlements and people throughout the Commonwealth are more opportunities to make caps. He clearly has disdain for the BoS. I can't see him going with the organized military route despite his military background. I think he would think the RR is a bunch of amateurs and much too idealistic, basically a waste of his time. The institute is much too close to a Vault-Tec type faction so I think he would have no qualms about nuking them.

Sadly the ghouls revolver isnt entirely based on the MTs-255 mod...it is a top break which is why i fell in love with it

Im waiting for this to be released as CC content. I'll be very surprised if they dont. 76 needs more TV show content. If 4 can have it, so can 76 they both take place before the Vault 33 storyline

The only thing the shotgun revolver is missing is a mod to load four 10 gauge shells in the cylinder.

You can actually get the Chrome Pip-Boy for on PS4 the mod is called unified clothing overhaul or UCO. So I just use that for my playthroughs.

Just to throw it out there. There is a mod called Mojave Man Hunter that adds kind of a western outlaw/bounty hunter outfit. If you don't wear the mask, it would be an excellent option for a Cooper Howard play through.

The select blaster is actually officially called the Tranquilizer gun.

I would recomend using Mojave Manhunter Duster outfit mod without the mask for the ghoul character. it's more badass and resemble his outfit from the show more plus it's so customizable too

Well vaults experiment on the dwellers so they may have experimented on him in the vault afterall the serrum that thadius took to make him a ghoul might be the start of how howard became the ghoul and why hes different than the other ghouls in the series

Why are there only 4 mods in the description?

I've found weapons that use 45 -70 ammo but have yet to find any ammo. Does anyone know where to get it?

You don't turn enemies into a bloatfly, it actually makes it that a bloatfly will spawn from the corpse, high chance it's a legendary bloatfly

Bad location for them to put the Vault 33 Jumpsuit. The Sim Settlements 2 mod uses that same location, and changes the cell somewhat.

Went to vault 114 and there was no gun in the overseer office

I still can't get the game to run on console since the upgrade and consequent patch. Tried all the routine stuff. Uninstall, reinstall. I have 3 different goty discs and tried 2 of them. Tried it un-modded and modded. It just has a host of issues leaving it unplayable. Loved the game. Moved on to other titles.

Absolutely the same seems like they broke a game that I’d modded on Xbox to be almost perfect now it’s unplayable even without mods. It baffles me why it couldn’t have been an optional removable free dlc instead of this mess they made.

@@Leumas0991 I took the time to reinstall thinking ok, I'll just run what I bought and paid for without the mess but you can't. When I try to start the game as I purchased it I get a message that my game needs an update and it reinstalls all the trash. I'm going to try the play offline option and see if it will run the base game. I did try to open mods after reinstall and it tells me "function not allowed"

Dan could be an ex brotherhood/minuteman member who lost his legs in battle. Companions: Bubba and Dan. When Dan loses his legs in his storyline you can then upgrade his wheelchair with the automatron dlc. Bubba’s perk could be about selling meats at high prices or opens a new Bubba shrimp vendor shop. Cooper pre ghoul is probably the best to try cause it would be more flexible. Ghoul Cooper would be awesome then Max but it wouldn't start till the Start of the brotherhood quest line. Then Lucy. The real hero of the TV-show was imo the Enclave scientist Siggi Wilzig, the "father of Dogmeat" and of the cold fusion POWER!
