I don't play COD but it's damn DOOM Super shotgun we are talking here about and this gun does triple shell damage while firing two. In DOOM 2 ofc. It's one of the most sacred guns in gaming history and if I'll ever play COD and die from this holy device I would thank god and satan alike.

This didn't make anybody think that you were cheating it's how the Gun Works it's from Doom the gun has no like point of view perspective so when you go around the corner it's like you're peeking a corner that's why people think you're cheating it's a Pay to Win gun if you've ever played Call of Duty you would know that so yeah nobody Master reported you for having a doom shotgun

So when you shoot they die with no time to react. Hkws that not pay to win you bought the bundle right it wasnt free? It doesnt need attachments its from doom the game and it works the same way. If you need to tweek the gun you shouldnt play call of duty
