The awesome thing about collecting for the 360 is not having to sometimes buy them. You may find them outside, in your closet, in the basement, underneath the bed and pillow, kitchen, attic, somebody willing to pay you to take it away. 360 games can almost be found anywhere.

Gen 7 was an amazing time. Love the 360 even with the faulty hardware. Looking forward to this pursuit.

The best one is the 2008 version definitely indestructible. But I love the slim and E version. They let the Xbox series X look cheap

Good stuff, every now and than I pick up a 360 title, but mostly look out for OG Xbox Games, there you also have the meh spines and cover art at the "Classics" where I do prefer the regular cover art and spines. At the 360 I actually do like the purple cases for the Kinect games when you put those all together as a sub collection, but mixing all the different cases can trigger my OCD :)

Doing my build up on the xbox 360 too, your right... best to get ahead while games are cheap before prices spike up

I have my Xbox Series X, I have been buying so many Xbox 360 games from Amazon. Surprisingly, they have sealed copies of the first 3 Gears of War games, and I bought all of the Fable games as well.

Loved Playstation Pursuit, so i know i'll enjoy watching your Xbox Pursuit!!! Looking forward to it actually. Not gonna lie Neo Ness got a sick pickup with that Neo Geo CDZ and games!!!! Literally the best model of the Neo CD you could buy!

Very nice haul! Those stores were off the hook. Battlefield 3’s campaign is really good though if you’re into those kinds of games. It’s definitely more polished than COD2 & COD3 as it’s a later game. But god campaign. (I never got into the online play with those cuz… I suck at those games online 😂.) But Halo 2, 3, or Reach? Forget about it. I’ll get an old school LAN party going and kick it! 😎

I seen in the video that shop where you were looking at the platinum hits had Metallica guitar hero. $38! Woo but that one is a rare find. Super random but throwing it out there one to keep an eye out for that one 😅

I'm excited that you're doing the Xbox 360 platinum hits. I have a few platinum hits games. One thing that I don't like about some of the platinum hits games is the font text doesn't have their characters if you look at the cover of the spine side. It reminds me of a Gamestop cover like there's no font character in the text. Not all of them do that. Not sure why Microsoft does that, maybe it's the limited print? Are you going to collect platinum hits for the Original Xbox?

Funny seeing Saints Row 2 platinum hits and I actually bought it today.

Best of Platinum Hits is a sub-subset of Platinum Hits. There aren’t a ton of them. I’ve been working on the original Xbox myself. Easier to find and not too expensive yet. I find a lot of 360 as well. I’m at about 54% for the complete 360 collection including PH. Have fun!

Just got the xbox 360 for the first time. Completely missed this generation of console. I’m playing force unleashed 2 right now and Forza motorsport 4. Really enjoying just plugging in a disk and getting to play. I picked up a slim, which one are you using?

I would have took that saints row so fast for a $1 quick come up had them all for the PS3 such great games

Especially, if you have an Xbox series X, you should be grabbing every Xbox 360 game you see

Why's that? Not every 360 is backwards compatible.

The 360 doesn't get enough appreciation. A lot of good games. Sonic Genesis collection has some great unlocks.

Here in Italy the classic games versions are worth less than the standard version. I always look for the very first copy that came out. Same for platinum games.. they usually cost less. It s the same in America or you guys don't mind about it?

I Use to have a Mattel Intellivision Console and Donkey Kong and Frogger was My Favorite Games.

Had to grab up another copy of Black Flag to replace the scratched copy that came with my 360. Excellent time to collect for it and the PS3.

I picked up the modern warfare trilogy for 360 today, the discs inside are all platinum hits; the cover doesn’t say anything about being platinum. Don’t know how you count that one.

Welcome to the xbox 360 grind, lol. Just so you know, there are 2 games that the xbox 360 has that are combo disks (game and dvd) that are technically greatest hits disks. The games are Lego batman and lego harry potter. I'm about 30 games away from a complete xbox 360 set, so if u have any questions, just ask.

I just got me a another Xbox 360 for a good reason because that's about the last generation consoles that you can play completely offline without having to do patches or updates need to play games all the physical disc Same with ps3

I'm currently building up my Xbox 360 collection and love your Xbox Pursuit videos 😀💚 Great deal you scored at Half Price Books and any game store that has a "Buy2Get1Free" special is awesome!! 😎👍🏽🎮 I own Final Fantasy XIII (Not Platinum Hits), Call of Duty 2 (Platinum Hits), Call of Duty 3 (Not Platinum Hits), Left 4 Dead (Not Platinum Hits). Also Call of Duty back then is better than Call of Duty now 💯.

For that number 5 on the case. Take a paper towel and some very cheap hairspray (like aquanet). Should take it off.

You should also get the exclusives for the 360

Check the paperwork on crysis 2, may not need a manual. A lot of ea games will say manual on disc on the insert.

​@@williamlowe8734is your copy the platinum hits? Its hard to see in the video but at 11:06 with the case open you can see on the insert a box on the bottom left that reads manual available on disc. The original release did come with a manual but I don't believe this version had one. That white insert that reads manual on disc is an indication no physical manual was ever included.

Nfs most wanted and Wwe svr 2007 are available on 360 but not on ps3 and are two of the best games of the previous generation of console but on 360 are even better. Best porting ever. Two crazy gems and nobody speak about them

Im now only playing current consoles but I cannot keep up with the backlog. I cant go retro anymore because of lack of time.
