I am opening the new NFL Draft Day Special Series Pro & Series 2 Slab Pack graded card mystery packs from Arena Club for our next collectible sports trading card pack unboxing/product review! I opened some of the $750 1-slab Pro Packs in honor of Draft Day! Hats off to whoever came up with this idea. It plays on fomo while also giving the buyers a false sense of confidence from viewing the big hits posted in the live view. Then they offer to buy the cards back for a fee + percentage of the total price before repacking & selling them again? Very smart marketing & business idea. 👏

It's actually 72% due to the initial 10% increase. Purchasing the buyback definitely seems like even more of a fool's choice.

If you have to pay 10% extra, then you aren't really getting 80% back. So if you pay $440 on a $400 pack, and you get $320 back... that's only really 72% of your money back.

Did my first slab opening last night - Baseball Silver and black. Didn't get any real hitters. :/ Maybe I'll try next time.
So they stay in stock on slabs that people had them buy back. Those cards stay in the pool for the next set of packs. And the company loses nothing. They get paid to maintain inventory. At least its transparent
