I think setting spray is what really lets highlighters shine. I use Milani and it just blends everything so nicely

Hi Cassie I’m 63 and feel Rare is ageless. Once the lip oil dries down I use a moisturizing lip balm over it. This way I get the color and my lips stay moisturized. Great video ❤

I definitely want to try both of these. I for one don't like the feeling of anything on my lips, so I tend to choose lip stains. I like the fact that this one does stain the lips for a while and the glossy part wears off! Thanks for the review! I miss these

Yay! Makeup reviews again! I’m so happy to see YOU happy again Cassie. You introduced me to TheBalm lip products years ago and still to this day they are my favourite (you and I both have the same natural greige lip colour, pink/white/lilac) so if something looked good on your lips, I knew they would on mine, given we have a rare lip colour. For those wondering, I could put something like Stone / Nyx, Really Me / MAC, Oblivion / Urban Decay on one lip, and as long as it’s one light coat, you can’t tell with the other clean lip. Cassie’s are just a bit different / slightly darker. Cassie, as a longtime fan and coming from a place of ❤, it was hard to see you in a dark place, and this gentleman seems to make you very happy. Sometimes that can be dangerous, because if you haven’t dealt with your own issues, insecurities, received help, evolved, learned, and have your own solid life, then if something were to go wrong, you could possibly be back where you were before. I know you got a job and do YT part time which is great. I’ll use the old analogy of being in a plane in trouble, and you not being able to put a mask on someone else before you’ve put your own on first. YOU need to be the most important thing to you. I hope this lasts and turns out well for you guys, but please remember to have / keep your own life first ☮️ 🫶 Sooooo…..now I finished that, what are my chances of a new and updated Meet Matt Hughes (TheBalm) Lips (and any other products from them) again video? You need to try the physicians formula butter highlighters. I brought the shade " pearle ". Its not glittery, its very creamy and has a lovely sheen. It also has a pink hue in it. I love it.

I have two of those highlighters and even though they arrived in one piece, they both shattered after a few uses. I put them back together with alcohol and they've been fine since but they really should fix the formula so customers don't have to do that. I use them as eyeshadow toppers and really like how they look that way, so I'll probably keep buying them anyways.

Boy I have missed these videos. Don’t get me wrong I like your Live videos as well. But I have always enjoyed your reviews.

It would be great if you could repress it. Maybe make a video of fixing or cleaning some of your makeup products. When you return products they will end up (most likely) in landfill. If the product is useable it’s best to try and salvage it! 👍

Please review L'Oréal tinted pumping serum 1% . I'm oily . But heard it held up surprisingly well for a hydrating formula on oily skin

Love the highlighter but the lip oils were not for me very drying x i much prefer the fenty popsicle lip stains there excellent

I’ve found with the rare lip oils when there is just the stain left you can put a clear gloss on top and it looks great.

I hadn't even heard about them until your video because you are the extent of my exposure to beauty products so thank you for trying them out and making a video about it! Intrigued to test them out myself now.

I've bought three highlighters and all three came shattered. Also, holy crap, the packaging is SO HARD to open! Particularly the highlighter. Is it just me?! Idk why I struggle so hard with it.

I guess I lucked out and mine was not broken when it arrived.

I picked up my highlighter In store here in Australia and the Sephora sales person told me don’t drop it as they are extremely fragile so i would suggest not to buy it online I hope you return it and see just how beautiful they are when not broken

That high light has some good staying power. At first I wasn't sure about the lip oil color but its looks really nice on your. Ive tried lip oils in the past and didn't like them but I like the look of this it sounds more my vibe. I'll have to give it a try. Im so use to just wearing lip balms and varies chapsticks.
