These pork ribs will break the internet! | Cooking at home.
Welcome to my kitchen, where today we will prepare the juiciest and tastiest pork ribs the internet has ever seen! In this video, I show you step by step how to cut the ribs to perfection, rub them with an incredibly flavorful marinade, and then fry them until golden brown until tender and juicy. We use ingredients like fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar and a secret spice blend that gives these ribs an unparalleled flavor. Preparation and ingredients:
1kg pork ribs.
Cut the ribs into pieces.
Place the rib pieces in a bowl.
Place the rib pieces in a bowl and prepare the marinade.
2 large garlic cloves (5 small ones).
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or press it with a garlic press.
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
2 teaspoons sugar.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg.
Mix well.
Drizzle the ribs with the prepared marinade.
Mix well so that the ribs are completely covered with marinade.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
Remove the ribs from the refrigerator.
Add some vegetable oil to the pan.
Fry the ribs over high heat until golden brown on all sides.
Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the heat.
Once the ribs are golden brown, remove them from the heat.
Chop 3 onions.
Add some vegetable oil to the pan.
Fry the onion until golden brown.
2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Fry tomato paste with onions.
Gradually add 600 ml of water, stirring occasionally.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon sugar.
Bring the tomato sauce to the boil and add the pork ribs.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
Cut 2 eggplants into slices.
Place the eggplant in a bowl.
2 tablespoons starch.
Mix well so that the eggplant is completely covered with starch.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
Fry eggplant until golden brown.
Place the eggplant on a plate lined with paper towels.
Roughly chop 2 onions.
Chop 1 pepper.
Cut 2 small zucchini into slices.
Prepare the sauce for vegetables:
6 tablespoons soy sauce.
3 tablespoons rice vinegar.
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
2 large garlic cloves (or 4 small ones).
Mix well.
1 tablespoon starch.
70 ml water.
Mix well.
Sauté the onion until soft.
Add peppers.
The ribs can now be removed from the heat.
Once the onions and peppers are soft, add the zucchini.
Fry the zucchini and lay out the eggplant.
Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables.
Mix well and pour over the starch mixture.
Mix well and remove from heat.
Sprinkle vegetables with spring onions.
Arrange the pork ribs and vegetables on a plate.

    Ребра , должны быть вкусные , судя по маринаду , по приготовлению , но з а ч ем тот томат жареный аж апетит пропал
