Use ryzen adrenaline software. You can tweak with the settings and get way higher fps. I turned on things like OpenGL Triple Buffering and i got about 30 more frames. You can also very safely overclock your gpu here

Correct me if im wrong but the very first setting is NVIDIA control panel. An 6600 XT is a AMD card. Again correct me if im wrong i have never used AMD cards coz i buy a PC every Like 7-8 years

Changing the texture filtering to high performance will increase your FPS sure but then your game would look like a potato. Just be sure you know what you're doing when you fiddle with these settings.

you fell for the oldest trick in the book false advertising just like what Sony did with the PS5 saying that it can game on 8k your laptop is probably not powerful enough to get a constant 144fps while gaming

If you want more FPS and lower input delay just play in 240p. The game will look like shit but hey you'll have so many frames.
