These Old Cars, Parts & Signs Have Been INSIDE 50+ YEARS! | Now, EVERYTHING is SELLING At Auction!!
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
These cars and parts have been inside a shed for at least 50 years and this weekend they will all be auctioned off to the highest bidder! There is a variety of ford, chevy, dodge, and overland parts dating back as far as 1915, with most of the cars and parts being from the 1920s. The 1942 packard is a rare beast with less than 20,000 made before the start of WW2. In addition to the vintage cars and parts, there is a variety of porcelain signs from gas stations & service stations, as well as multiple visible gas pumps which are incredibly hard to find nowadays. See the link before for the auction info!
Thanks for watching!

alot more to be found too!
Hi ....neat stuff for an auction! The Packard is a 1946...47.... Lots of projects! Wood frame means the car is a Chevrolet...used the oak wood to support the sides and top of the sheet metal body....which was just soldered or leaded together.
@ 16:10, that's a starterator. a chain driven generator which is also the starter. I've seen a lot of those early Dodges about in thast condition. They are a seriously well designed and built car.
On that old Dodge, the Generator/Starter were a combined unit, it worked well for its time! That would be from the around 1924 to 26 or so.

Bulk oil dispensers. Used in gas stations, garages and on the farm.AL B.
Model T's have had a soft market for a few years now. The Packard is the only roller worth bringing back to life. The others have a wood inner structure that the metal is fastened to. If it is rotted out you have a parts car.AL B.
Awesome Collection Ryan Lots of nice stuff
GREAT VIDEO RYAN!!!!
those oil transfer tanks with the glass tops are much harder to find.

@@IowaClassicCars I love the videos you make but sadly don't have a lot of time to watch all of them. But from time to time I get to watch a few. Saw this video and was wanting to go to the auction but I have to work so I guess I'll miss out. Only an hour drive for me.

That frame with parallel leaf springs isn't ford. Ford was transverse springs in the 30s.

Lots of great stuff worth saving. That frame you said is a ford is anything but a ford. Ford used transverse springs untill the late 40s.

Kinda looking for an Auto Ambulance. Holmes, Manley, Weaver. The scrap pile out back of the buildings would have been a likely spot to see one. The mud looked really gooey, so don't blame you for not going there. I have bought stuff at Daugherty auctions, and they run a good auction. If you want to bid, be ready! They don't linger!

The tank truck is a bulk fuel or oil delivery. The valves at the back go to compartments in the tank. The delivery man carried cans on the side to measure out various fluids. These were used for on farm delivery. AL B.

The US declared war Dec.41, that would not be a pre war car if it is a 42, it might be one of a few that were built prior ,unless they were built for govt work they wouldn't be allowed to build that many, as soon as decrilation was announced all large manufacturing went into tooling for the war effort.

42 cars were built up until feb 10 1942....so yeah, i guess if this was built in the last 3 months, itd be not prewar. But, 42 models were rolling off the lines in early october of 41, so who knows.
They got lucky and found it behind the couch.
