Pricing is similar. You should sell the solution (a chat automation or chat funnel) and not how you make it (with or without AI). In the end, it should deliver results for your client.

Thanks for this amazing walk through. I just commented on a creators video who uses manychat. His first automated message was ‘You need to follow this account.’ With an ‘I follow’ button. I clicked on ‘I follow’ button, but I wasn’t following the account. I instantly received a message that ‘You’re not following the account’ How can you set this up?

You get this data automatically in Manychat. Just add a condition to your automation and look for the "Follows Business" field.

Thank you Joren! How does this work with your existing Lead Generation Funnel? Do you add in AI Steps where appropriate?

I am currently not using it in my Lead Generation Funnel yet. But you could include AI Steps if you want to do it based on natural language. The only drawback (currently) of the AI step is you cannot send reminders after 3 minutes if the user doesn't reply to a question, and that is possible with the User Input.

In general, yes. Adding reminders to your funnel improves the conversion rate.

It could be. Manychat AI is just a flat fee of $29/month, while with OpenAI API you need to pay on usage.

Thanks for this video Joren. What if we have a script we want chat gpt to follow, like to take the lead through a sequence of messages to triage if they are a quality lead for our offer or not. Is there a way to do this with this manychat setup yet?

Yes, that is possible. You can do this in either two ways: 1. Ask questions with the AI Step and store the answers in fields. Then, create a condition to check whether a lead is qualified or not 2. Let the AI determine whether a lead is qualified or not in a series of steps

It could using the AI step. But that would only work if you have don't have much data to train the chatbot on. Then, you can just add the relevant knowledge to the Context step. If you want to train your chatbot on a lot of data, I would still recommend using Chatbase.

Yes, I do. I think Dialogflow is just a lot of work to set up and it often doesn't understand the question correctly. Manychat AI is better at this.

To make it work with other languages, I just have to write the intent in language that I want?

I think you can just write it in your own language (or English). And then Manychat Intents will automatically recognize the language of the user.

Does this replace or almost replace the integration using make and chatbase?

Nope, it's different. With Chatbase you can train a chatbot on your website and documents. That is (currently) not possible yet with Manychat AI.
