The foundation side is the light color side which is more dense side . You used the powdered side. Amazing brushes.

The foundation brush was supposed to be used the other way around as per what Nikki says but I guess you can really use it the way you like... your makeup looked next level flawless!!! ❤

I wish BK wasn’t so expensive. I’d love to try the face brushes but a set is just out of my budget:)

You should ask allie to do a dupe video on those brushes or her favorite brushes. I lot of people don't know this I know it's a lot of money but typically expensive brushes last a lifetime and don't shead. Or it's like Louis Voton we think we have to pay a lot of money for something good Quality when actually we don't there are several other brands that are less expensive and use really leather they just jack the prices up ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BRAND NAME NOT ONLY THE QUALITY. I'd look online for good brushes that are not expensive

so it is $180 right now I highly recommend Nikki's brushes because I am not buying multiple brushes ;D this is it people it is worth the money.

Love watching Nikki, learn so much from her. One thing I believe she mentioned that she doesn't tap her brushes ( even before she created these ) on the side of pallets, but on her hand gently. So you don't damage them.

I've bought so many BK beauty sets since they launched. They're still the best in my book. I also gifted a few sets too. Their customer service is awesome too. The Nikki brushes are a bit different from the main BK beauty line. They a bit more softer than what I would liked but am happy to add to my collection.

I know it sounds like a lot of money for brushes but they are so worth it IF they are in your budget. I started collecting new brushes during C--d after I threw out all my makeup and brushes. It’s difficult to explain what the difference natural hair and good synthetic brushes mean to a seamless application with the right brush. I know most people won’t understand but I have 3 brushes that were each between $150 and $180 and they apply powder and blush like nothing else. I could not have justified the purchase when my children were small or even in college but I’m retired now and can afford it. My collection now includes Sonia G, BK Beauty, Rephr, Sigma and a few Japanese Fude brushes. It’s like having good tools for a job.

These are the best. I absolutely love mine!! Nothing like them!!!

Hey, just wanted to let you know for the N17 the dual sided one. For blending out cream is the lighter side and to apply powder is the darker side.

I had been on a trip when my lipsticks and brushes arrived. First I do love the lipsticks, and I have also been amazed by these brushes! I have the other BK brushes but the way these are shaped does make a difference in application. Thanks

Allie, I love everything you post. I apply my primer (face and eye) with my fingertips. I apply my foundation with a brush or sponge depending on which foundation I'm wearing. If I apply it with a brush, I go over it with a sponge to press it into the skin a little more.

I always set my eyeshadow primer with powder! It helps the powder eyeshadow blend better in my opinion! What is your favorite drug store eyeshadow primer? My favorite one from NYX got discontinued....Thanks for another great video!!

For the haus labs foundation is fair cool a good match for you? I’m usually your skin tone/color twin but since haus labs switched the undertones and cool=warm, that one is crazy yellow on me. It looks yellow on you too but maybe it’s just how it is on camera.

As an oily skin gal, I’m surprised that you haven’t heard of setting eyeshadow primer. It’s literally the only way I can wear eyeshadow. Been doing it for yearsssssss

What brand do you use? I loved the Sigma one in the “Persuade” color. Robert Welsh uses “Ignite “ and he was right. Don’t use it every day because I have dry skin but for longevity it’s so good.

I bought two brushes from this brand. Love the 110 brush for under my eyes. It does blend really good. I also have the 101 and I’ve been using it for my foundation. The foundations I’ve used with the 101 are liquid; it blends okay. I have to really work the products to blend with this brush. I’ve also used stick foundation and it’s the same. It does blend the product. But I’ve used better brushes for my foundation. Do I think it’s worth the price? Definitely not. Sephora brushes are better and you can get them at a discounted price when they’re on sale. I’ve used real techniques that’s just as good or better. Morphes new brushes that are all black are really good! I think it’s just preference and what you’re looking for. $180 is not worth it.
