Its messy and sometimes dangerous. Used to maintain these type of crushers for tire recycling. Used a 1200HP motor and the sound was intense. The metal ones are a bit scarier because if something hardened gets crushed pieces can fly at enough force to maim or kill.

Used machines like these as the first step for tire recycling. Would munch them to course shredding, then would go to other machines to separate the metal bands and rubber . The final product was rubber dust the consistency of cofee. 😁🤓❤

Asians seem to really like showing the crushed pieces. So much so that they cut away from the actual crushing to show the debris falling below. I don't care about the results at the bottom of the machine. I prefer to see the actual crushing.

​@@ClayLoomis1958 Aha, I understand and I respect that. Personally, I also want to see the environment around and then, for example, wheel loaders and conveyor belts. But we probably don't need to worry. Here at YT, there will surely be enough clips to keep us both satisfied.
