aku kenal ibu itu... rumahku hanya sekitar 50-100 meter di depan lokasinya... Itu anak2 kecil kacau bangat . di menit 21.35 ada Ibu Tua Namanya "MAMA OSI".. itu mantan dokter cuma semenjak papanya meninggal langsung mengalami gangguan Jiwa. Bahasa Belandanya lancar Bangat. Paling jago isi Teka Teki Silang.... Orangnya pintar dan orang tuanya dulu salah satu orang besar di Pemerintah Maluku.

Thats we call rujak manis means rujak is salad manis is sweet, also you can found easily in Java. basically it from java i guess.

If you’re still in Ambon you should go to Natsepa or Sopapey beach in Suli village that village is famous because of their rujak. It’s their specialty not this place where you just ate

It's funny that you show your saté ayam with lonton rice as I just learned how to cook that. In fact it's made of broken rice: you cook it for 30-60 minutes (in my case the rice was in a bag), leave it to cool down for a few hours and then you cut it into pieces. So tasty with peanut sauce and a great way to use second grade /broken rice.

Ambon still has many beautiful places such as clean beaches and hot spring and the other, but the place is far from the city so I think you should go by private or rented vehicles because there are very few public transportation like ANGKOT to get there

Nick, So close to my homestay...rumaruma hotel... I just come here (ambon) 4 month ago for working...this is the first time i saw foreigner explore the ambon city...i think you should go to another beautiful beach....such as natsepa beach. It is much better than wainitu beach...

Gado2, satay, rujak cingur is savory dish. Rujak buah is sweet dish (snack between meal actually)

Nick if you want to see Pala and Cengkeh trees go to Seram island very close to Ambon island. If you are still in Ambon, don't forget to go to Hila, there is an Amsterdam fort, there is an old church that is a historical relic of the colonial period. And on the island of Saparua there are historical relics as well as the fortress of Duurstede 17th century Dutch era in Maluku. For other recommendations in Ambon go to Nastsepa beach, Liang Beach, Paralayang, Ureng waterfall, Pintu kota, namalatu beach, morela beach

About Clove and Nutmeg plantation, you can find them easily all over the places in Ambon. Not in downtown city tho, but mainly in villages or negeri or kampong such as in Suli, Halong, Lateri, Soya, Hatalai, Kilang, Hutumuri, Hative Basar and so on. Actually I was wondering did u find any Ambonese friends who could bring you to clove and nutmeg plantation? Coz honestly when u were in Ambon, it'll be better to be guided by an Ambonese who has more understanding bout Ambon itself to help you traveling along this island. I recognized that bcos of that issues, u didn't really go far from ur hotel. There are many nice places to be visited... if you wanted to see white sandy beaches you could go to Hunimua beach, Hukurila beach, Collin Beach, Natsepa beach, Sopapei beach. Then if you wanted to see traditional village where folks are still wearing konde (hair bun) and kain kabaya... you can visit Hatalai, Kilang, Naku, Hutumuri, Hila, Hitu, Tulehu, Tengatenga, Suli, and so on.... I wish I were there to accompany you to travel in Ambon, yet rn I'm in Salatiga (Central Java) bro.. Yeah.. but anyway... thank you very much for sharing this authentic and beautiful video. Mr. Nick this is not the seasson yet for cloves & nutmeg to fruitfull. You come in wrong month for enjoy full cloves & nutmeg. When cloves and nutmeg are harvested by the people in the mountains and dried under the sun (in people's homes) then you can smell the cloves and nutmeg on the island of Ambon-Maluku.

Next time maybe you may can Ceram Island (Pulau Seram). That is the big island above Ambon island. You can go to Sawai. There's a lot of beautiful beach in there. You can scuba dive too. If you want to scuba dive in Ambon, you can go tu Pulau Tiga (Three Island) near Ambon 👍🏼

Finally you made it to the museum but unfortunately the power is off. Actually there's one or 2 clove tree on the museum Street, cinnamon tree(fall down but still there), 1 or 2 nutmeg tree behind the museum. I think the tour guide didn't understand how much you want to see clove and nutmeg. If you want to see clove and nutmeg tree not need to go all the way to Seram island, or suli you can find it in Amahusu too. If you want to see it, I can arrange you a time with one of my family member so he can show it to you. For the traditional music instruments (Tifa Totobuang) he can drive you to there too because it just close enough from his house, but we need to know when are they practice or rehearsal time. If you interested on that let me know.
