My dog, 40 lbs., was standing on the compartment between the two front seats. I was in the front passenger seat and the driver had just started driving on a rainy night and hit the round cement block that held a light post, with no working light, in the parking lot. We were only going 5-10 miles an hour and hit this cement. The dog went flying and hit the windshield and cracked it. She then flew toward me and I turned my head fast and caught her. She was ok, but from her weight flying back at me and being so close, both of my shoulders were jammed back and hurt for a week. I had my seat belt on. Dog was ok. Windshield was cracked and I hurt for a week. Good idea to have your dog in a cage.

What you thought might be a candy bowl - when I was little, a long long time ago, I won a fish at the state fair, this bowl was his home for the 5 years he lived! Thanks for the memories❤. Love going along with you two picking. You are a fun loving couple. While I may be knowledgeable in some areas (I have collected pottery from the 20's - 50's for many years and other things that make me happy), I have learned so much from you two. You are always upbeat and smiling.

It pays to be good people… good people like Andy will go out of their way to give good people like you two something they don’t typically pick. Had that happen to me the other day, someone gave me a bunch of Kuhl shirts

I really love watching you two. Im 56 yrs old and i have bone on bone in both knees and i used to be up and gone by 8am til who knows what time but all day for sure! Then i fell at a laundromat and everything changed for me! Now i can only walk a few feet at a time but only til my ortho surgeon tells me he will do one knee replacement and im waiting patiently for that to happen!! In the meantime i watch you two and im learning alot for when i can go thrifting again!! ❤❤❤❤

I would think maybe when the snow birds leave the goodwills will have lots of good stuff that people don’t want to take back home 🎉

My dog would never travel that way. She would bark non stop. Good dog!

Bad boy wood sign looks like a dachshund. Yep that about describes them. I always describe my girl as obstinate! She does what she wants, when she wants. Gotta love them to have one.

It’s been really cool watching these Beaufort/Hilton Head videos because we vacation every January here and hit up ALL of these thrift shops. 😂

Great idea for jewelry findings you can't on sell, look up jewelry wreaths Kayla for all the odds and sods, stunning and another way to include a craft you love . Love watching your adventures. Julian, can I suggest you dont sleep on your head! Happy travels

Thrift store hack: Take a picture of the sale signs at the front doors. I forget easily which colors/departments/ect are on sale. So just pull up your pics to verify. :)

We have Thrift Giant here north of Dallas. They have 4 different colored tags. Each day one color has a percentage off. We also go to Estate Sales on the last day when usually everything is 50% off sometimes 75% off. One time the owner was doing his own sale because he was moving and put everything at 90% off! Sure is fun watching you two.

You guys are great. I love that you let us know where you are looking...othere KZread resellers don't...just show the hunt.

Tickles me that the copper bottom pots and pans that sellers love to find and sell, I received a set as a gift in 1970, are still nice looking and I use every day. Some things are just made to last.

Hilton Head is beautiful! I still have some very interesting seashells from the are by the light house! Next time you should visit the area, looks kind of like those Italian villages by the sea. I was having a great time there years ago. Lovely video as always❤!

Haven’t finished watching it yet, but dang, affluent place & they don’t pick thru the jewelry? I wouldn’t have been able to leave any of them behind. Hope you find good stuff in it!

The Old Pal tackle box was most likely made in my hometown of Lititz, Lancaster Co., PA. They were made here from the 1950's through 1980's. Woodstream Corporation was the maker. Today they are known for Victor mouse traps and Havahart live animal traps.

Interesting to know about your finds at Hilton Head. It is definitely a wealthy area so maybe the personal turnover is more frequent. I guess it depends on the individual. Couldn't quite get what you said about your back, but bed evidently not suiting you. Willow is so sweet. Know you're all glad to be back home. Cat

Hilton Head has a great concentration of thrift stores, hopefully you can make regular trips down there. It's a beautiful area too.

The Cutco meat fork is not as sought after as the knives . Everything they sell is guarantied for life I’ve had my knives for 30 years and they have sharpened or replaced every time I send them for service

I love the trees there with Spanish moss on them! I live in Houston, and our realtor said our massive, 100 year old live oaks with Spanish moss on 'em add at least 50k to our property values, so beautiful... Man, this video makes me want to go thrifting...

Myrtle beach is awsome we use to go there for stuff all the time. We found dome money makers.

It is a beautiful, clean thrift store (Osprey), I agree! Spotless! ( : Nice finds! ( : i loved the Myrtle Beach sand and some tiny shells on top! ( : Use your Cricket and print Myrtle Beach and stick them on the glass jars, with a little starfish or sand dollar below the writing, or your logo! Ya know? That copper bottom Dutch oven pot my Mom and my mother in law had that set in the 50-60s

Our Goodwills have different color tags through the store, each day will be 50% off a certain color. I believe I went on a Thursday and yellow was the color that day.

Some really nice finds. Hilton Head is nice, we visited there once and rented bikes, because that's the thing to do, and we rode many places. When we would ride over those wooden bridges we would always slow down and look in the water for gators. We did see several, but the most shocking thing was when we were at a park there were tracks leading up under the gazebo we were standing in!! So wild. I will have to plan another trip so I can also visit those thrifts. Keep Hustlin'!!

I’m so glad that you sir are no alligator. If you were an alligator I would not be enjoying your exquisite videography, for the American alligator never made it past kindergarten. Partly because he doesn’t have opposable thumbs but he especially enjoyed those tasty tots at recess.
