If a young dog or cat learns that a WARM bath is very refreshing they love it, just be sure to make it happy and fun give them a rubber duck to hold, lots of encouragement. The best bit is the warm towels, the massage and soft brushing, this where they really get a big smile, with everyone telling them how beautiful they look, cats like to sit in a sunny window to groom themselves, help with a soft brush, good luck.

On vacation, our Labrador Retriever was always the 1st. one in the Hot Tub.

Dad and mom Do Not pull your dogs or any pets by the tail you can hurt them very bad. And be very careful pulling on their neck you think it’s ok but it’s not you will end up with lots of vet bills you hadn’t anticipated. If your pup doesn’t want a bath, which the majority of them don’t, try picking them up and placing them in the tub. If you can’t lift him by yourself wait for help or offer them a treat if they get in. Please don’t use cold water on them think of how you’d feel if you had to bathe in cold water, maybe that is why they are hating bath time. Put yourself in their place before you pull, yank , use cold water etc. thanks.

Just get a dog you can pick up yourself, but half if not more of these dogs look like they didn't need a bath. I wash my dog once a year only.

THAT'S ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE!!! SOME DOGS JUST DON'T LIKE WATER! So answer me this, if your child (my niece HATED water) was afraid and/or just didn't like water, you wouldn't bathe him/her?
