I remember the viral videos. I kept checking and checking during the no videos allowed period. It was hard not having videos during that time. I learned about your channel from Kate at The Last Homely House channel. The first Hercules Candy video I watched was when Terry & Steve told the backstory of the history of Hercules Candy while hand-coating chocolate candy in the basement. After binge-watching videos of moving from the house into the "new store," I wonder if there is a video of the remaining "older" generation of Steve's family touring the new location for the first time?

i think one of the things i like the most about this videos, is even though you guys work hard and produce a lot of things, you still do everything at a good pace. It doesnt seem stressful, and there isnt a need to always produce more and more, you guys know how much time it takes without rushing things.

TIP for window painting--- draw it rough on the outside with a crayon first, then do the black inside, wash outside when done :)

Love seeing Steve dipping his hand in the chocolate and caramel, what fascinates me is how he gets the “ puddle in his hand with no drip when he scoops it out. What temperature is the chocolate and caramel has to be in order to be handled ? Shout out to you all, love the family and connections on how well everyone works together!

On keeping it in his hand, years of practice helps. For the temperature, from memory it was about 80c.

It might be a pain… but I would consider printing the Ingredients on the back of the candy labels. Doing so would make for smaller labels.

Any tips for quickly and efficiently melting chocolate at home? Microwave always makes it fluffy and over cooked.

I used to live in York, North Yorkshire, England, right next to the chocolate factory, used to get 10 broken kit-kats for the price of 2.

Look first of all thank you for the video and opportunity to watch you guys make candy candy does make the world go around lol but I have a question do you guys make white chocolate peanut butter eggs because my wife only likes the white peanut butter eggs and I like anything peanut butter and I love chocolate lol but I need to go to your store and order some of them for her and order me some peanut brittle I washed it make it while ago on another video and of course I want to try this cookies that you just made on this video I love you guys's knowledge on coming up with things to make candy even better than it originally is thank you again for the video appreciate it
