These are amazing but I can't imagine they taste very good since they're more frosting or fondant than cake, in fact, a few of these aren't even cake.

Yeah, that's the problem with these cakes. They're works of art, but are pretty much inedible. I mean, TECHNICALLY they ARE edible, but it's like eating flavored wax.🤢 I'd rather have a plain but delicious one myself.

They’re called MACARONS with one ‘o’. MACAROONS are coconut-based cookies. MACARONS are French Meringue cookies with no coconut! 😉

Beautiful work but let's be honest , didn't the part where they cut into the maniquin cakes shoulder creep you out just a bit? Like a dissection!

Phenomenal! Stunning! Creative! Anyone with an understanding of cake decorating...you need to use icing in larger amounts than most people like as to create the look requested by the buyer. I too, am not that into frosting and scrape a lot of icing off any cake I eat, but the look expected needs that extra icing to master that creative, desired look. Loved these cakes!

Incredible talent! So many beautiful creations it’s hard to pick a favourite, but I loved the elephant cake with the little girl on top. So glad I watched this; it’s uplifting to see such skill and dedication.

These are very cool to look at, but you can tell which sculptures will actually taste nice verses not by whether or not the bakers have to handle them with gloves to prevent melting vs molding them barehanded.

Keep in mind that some people use gloves on their cake if they work for a company that requires gloves and it’s also just a safe practice anyways so they may be using gloves to prevent germs instead of trying to prevent it from falling off

These are not cakes its very dangerous to health

While I totally admire skills needed to create these cakes none of them makes me hungry. They look way too artificial to be eaten. Taste, flavour, texture and simple yet elegant finish for me please!

Да уж! Я теперь такие яркие торты ни за что не закажу и не куплю! Внуку заказали на 6 лет торт, покрытый мастикой и украшенный фигурками из неё. Ему так понравилась эта мастика, что он съел все фигурки! Спустя время дочь бежит с криками:"Мама! Вызывай скорую! У ребёнка какашки зелёные!" Я её успокоила, что это от красителей. Я видела эти какашки, это очень зловеще...🤦😆 Больше такого мы не заказываем! Кстати, мой внук хочет стать кондитером...
