Hi Amber... I watch every one of your videos and yet I did not watch the one on cowboy boots. I just don't find them in my area at an affordable price. I look at them every time I see them but it's not a big enough topic for me to watch a video on it. I did pick up a few pairs recently. So far so good.

I've watched your boot video many times as it was super helpful on what brands to look for. I sell boots but they can be a pain to find a box and for weighing over 5 lbs on poshmark but love to pick them up when i find them for a reasonable price.

First, congratulations! What an adorable baby girl. Second to answer the boot questions, I wouldn't mind selling them even though I don't even do much clothing. I just don't find good ones in my area, I'm in Ohio. I sell more of a vintage, pottery and glass, hats and scarves. Weird combo niche but it works. I do see cowboy boots all the time in Denver. I don't pick them up because they are so high priced at the thrift store. Often when I see boots at a lower price, they are really well worn (specifically the heels and soles need to be redone). I did watch that video though when you put it out.

I have also sold those Corcoran Jump Boots that I sent to the UK via ebay. They are really heavy, but amazing boots for sure!

I live in PA near Trenton, NJ and I rarely find cowboy boots. I pick them up if and when I find good ones. It’s only been a couple times though.

I do sell cowboy boots pretty well, although I don't find them so often. But when I do, they sell quickly. And I've just sold one pair of brand new Lucchese for $350 plus shipping! And you have a beautiful baby, you are both so prescious ❤️

Here in eastern pa...boots are very hard to find or very marked up at Goodwill...aka more than 25 at the thrift store

I'm from Minnesota and I sell boots. I find them all the time around here. They sell really good.

Hi Amber - I don't pick up western boots because even though I live in a rural area, and are more or less widely available, they are priced at $25-$50 at the thrift stores I shop at making purchasing them for resell cost prohibitive from a cash flow perspective

Try garage sales! When I go garage selling in rural areas in Iowa, cowboy boots are one of my most common finds.

I live in Arkansas... Cowboy boots are very popular here. The problem is, they are extremely high priced at thrift stores, if you can find them in decent shape, or at all. Boots around here seem to be worn until they fall apart. Lol

I get what you're saying about living in a place known for people to wear cowboy boots. I live near Nike's headquarters in Portland, OR. You would think I would find the best Sneakers to sell but unfortunately that's not the case. Thrift stores overpriced all Nike stuff, regardless of condition, style or size.

I paid $30 for a pair of women's Corral boots here in Louisiana at the thrift store. Crazy inflated prices for used books. Still flipped them for $100 though

Purchased some J. Chisholm mens cowboy boots off of the Nextdoor app. Apparently these are a legit, mostly vintage cowboy boot. Tried to talk her down but she was firm at $25, which is fine because these are in excellent condition, looks like they were worn just a few times. Listing them today 🤞. BTW, I watched your cowboy boot video last month…very informative, thanks

I do sell western boots. They do pretty well. The down side is that they are expensive to pickup.

I don't find a ton of cowboy boots where I live in California. When I do, they are either too beat or the COG is crazy high! Congratulations on your DARLING💗 baby!!!

I like to sell western boots, but they are difficult to find for a good price. The ones in good shape are usually priced up - I live in the south.

I love selling boots! But as I’m also in Iowa I find them a lot! They never sit around more than a few weeks! 🥰

I love looking for and selling cowboy boots and western wear items….I think resellers can get burnt on buying out of fashion styles that will not flip…I feel you better know quality brands when buying or paying up for boots. My son shows beef steers so we are well versed in the stock show world. Most of my sales are to the center of the country on this stuff.

Yes to boots! But, here in Texas, most of the ones I find are really worn or are expensive.

I sell boots when I find them. I have a pair of Justin and Tony Lama listed. The Tony Lama’s are in rough shape, bins find I thought I could clean up. I have a pair of Ariat Fatboy boots aren’t listed yet because they some cleaning.

Stumbled onto your video. I only have sold on marketplace for the last three years but I have sold at least 10 pairs of cowboy boots with only one return. The highest amount being $60. And the lowest being $30 listed.

I live in Texas. I sell boots when I find them in good condition. In Texas they are often not in good condition. All western brands sell well for me.

I still do well with Miss Me jeans, and sold a pair $45 recently. They did sit for a while but when the right buyer comes along, it sells for full price.

Miss Me definitely hasn’t been doing as well for me lately. I listed 10 pairs about 60 days ago. They are listed at $30 and $35. Only three have sold, and I accepted offers on them for $25, $20, and $20. Glad you were able to sell yours for $45 though!

I would love to sell cowboy boots but I don't find any in my area I'm in upstate New York. People don't really wear that many cowboy boots.. I mean some people do, maybe in the country but most of us don't wear that kind of stuff. If I ever find any I'll definitely wear them now.

I am just able to watch vids since the store has been slowing and so many of these brands I Can't sell lol. I had a pair of Rock Revival Jean's for 3 years, I cannot sell Ariat at least for Women never found mens. I am currently going through all our inventory bc stuff sold in my shop forgot to delete then a bunch of listing just deleted themselves. I am starting from square one currently lol

I think maybe I mentioned this on IG to you….it’s so sad- boots are everywhere here in MT but they are either beat to death or crazy expensive at the thrifts or both! I will try to keep my eyes open better at yard sales next year

First a wipe down with a lightly damp cloth, then some kind of leather conditioner.

I love selling cowboy boots, but living in Wyoming, in a ranching area I still don’t find them often because people around here actually wear them out! So when I find them, they are trashed.

I love selling boots in spite of them being bulkier to photograph and ship. The profits on boots are typically so good! I watched RENZY’s video on making bigger priority boxes though, so that really helps. I will need to check out your boot video, so thanks for mentioning. Thanks for your videos!

I do sell boots. And because of your video, I picked up a pair of Luccese (I'm spelling that wrong) and sold them for 199 on ebay. They were used in like new condition. I love selling cowboy boots, but right now they're dead in the water waiting for me to list them. Oh. They cost 40. I think I paid it instead of waiting a week for them to go half price at the Arc because of your video. Thank you! I also got a pair of boots with the word Red in it for 8 at a yard sale and sold them for 150 on ebay. I accepted that offer in like one or two weeks, but could've held out as they were next to new. I try and be picky on the quality of condition and I'm pretty blessed there.

I suspect people either don’t know about Cowboy boots or perhaps too lazy to ship them. That said many times high quality boots are marked up at Salvation Army or GW.For me Dan Post and Tony Lama sell well. Great video by the way! Some of those brands had never heard of.

I have never found cowboy boots here in Michigan. I would definitely consider them. How can you tell if they are Men's or Women's? That makes me a bit nervous about them. I'm not too familiar. I do pick up snow boots, Sorel has been one of my favs. Congrats on your beautiful daughter!!

They almost always have a style number inside, so I Google the brand and style number to see if they are a men’s or women’s. Sorel boots are great!

I’m guessing a lot of people don’t find cowboy boots locally. When I lived in western Canada there was cowboy boots galore. Now that I’ve moved to the east the only time I see them is for halloween costumes lol.

I don't sell shoes in general anymore unless they are in like new condition and are a large profit margin. They take up too much inventory space and shoes get returned all the time for fit on eBay. It's not worth the time for me when I can process/list 2-3 clothing items in the time it takes me to list one pair of shoes

Cowboy boots are always, and i mean always a good sale. Even youth sizes. Not has fast. But still a good sale.

Voting why I don't sell cowboy boots, I'm in Michigan and not too many to choose from on the second hand Market. I have sold a few but mostly kid ones.
