Who doesn't love Bassett Hounds?! They're so gorgeous!!!

I ❤Basset hounds so much they are so adorable and cute.

I have had many dogs in my lifetime and no dog on earth is guaranteed to make you smile every single day as much as a basset ! I will never live without one in my lifetime .

I have one and he is very cute and hilarious , when he lays upside down his lips fall and it looks like he is smiling. And also they can tell when your sad and will comfort you and put there head in your lap. I don't know what i would do without my basset.

@@veggies2389 Life would be a grey event that is for sure . Bassets make the world go around ! I just got me a new pup and managing a 11 year old who is used to being the star and a new pupper is a full time job . However I would not trade the time with my bassets for anything . Basset love is a very real thing .

I love the bassets so much they are so adorable and cute. I have had a basset called Charlie unfortunately is has passed away when hé was 12 years old. It's already many years ago, bur I think of him quite often, hé is for always in my heart❤

Bassets are God’s most perfect creation.

And the best part is, that they don't like being laughed at - which only makes them funnier.

That basset happy swimming at 5:39 is a rare beast .

Mine hates water, well hates getting wet, he is only OK with a bath because the GF will blow dry him.

The Good Old Bastard Hounds- Crazy they are, My GF was worried about ours killing a gopher that lives in the back yard, He has befriended it, The girlfriend called me one day and said she was worried about the dog, when she was vacuuming he wouldnt move, I told her "Hell I have to bump him with the riding mower to get him to move"

Watching these precious kids, brings a smile to my face and warms my heart with joy!!!!!! But I sure do miss my Odie!!!!!!!!! He was a Basset true an true!!!!!!!! Now he wears a halo an has wings. An BASSET'S are the best snugglers, you will always get a nice wet kiss before you close your eyes, no better way to go to sleep!!!!!!

I like it when they sneeze, too.

Get a Basset Hound and you will never need Therapy.....

Its hard lost my basset Sunday in july.12+ years she kicked ass.Still not over it.Would love another one but feel I would betray my best bud.She was one in a million & to compare another basset with Sunday wouldn't be fair.

I have a basset boy named wendell and life is mean bit a basset will make it worth it

@@scarletm8066 Hi there, only tip I have is to have lots of patience as the Bassett does rule the house😄 Most loving, funniest dogs ever also a little stubborn 😄 You will have lots of fun with him or her . How exciting for you 🐾

@@scarletm8066 They slobber a lot so you have to watch when they shake their head, the drool will rap around there snout. Second they are very social once you create a bond with them it is un-breakable they will follow you around (like mine to me) and ,when they feel you are threatened they will see what's going on. Third use baby wipes to wipe there ear nothing else. Lastly they love messing with cats and playing. Hope you enjoyed these tips and your basset!🐶🐾💗✨

Mine hates water, well hates getting wet, He is good for a bath because the GF will Blow Dry him afterwards, In 8 years he has fell in the pool once and was not happy.

also my basset likes cottage cheese and yogurt he will put his head in my lap when I'm eating it and cry. I let him lick the container
