It depends on the type of job you are after. My knowledge about the industrial sector is limited and I wouldn't know the prospects in regional areas.

Hi Chioma, Am in SPLIT MIND... I received another invitation ACT 190 (marketing specialist) yesterday. I lodged NSW 491 (biometric ID and health check completed) in early April 2023. Concern with ACT there's not enough jobs, I am ready to forgo ACT190. My first preference is VIC 190, given that there's 2 months left this FY, good chance to wait out? Wise? I rather burn the 4k visa fees later than having risk twice. Appreciate thoughts/comments

Hmm, that's tricky. Because of the recent review into the entire migration system and the changes that will soon follow (many of which are still unclear), I would say, take whatever opportunity you get to come in. You can always move elsewhere after your first 2 years. Just a suggestion, but do what's best for you.

Please check the relevant government website for skilled migration to the state of Victoria. You will find that information there.

I have 55 migration points, can i use this option to get 15 more points to make up to the required 65 points? does it work like that?

Accomodation (housing etc.) is very expensive and hard to find in Australia, particularly in the major cities. There are over 100,000 homeless Australians (10,000 children) at the moment due to housing shortages so be prepared.

You are in a lot of my videos commenting the same thing, and while I appreciate the need for a balanced perspective on the migration experience which I try to bring on my channel (if you would bother to check out all my videos), I fail to see how hounding me or my viewers with the same comments about the housing crisis is solving the problem. I imagine you taking this to the government or immigration minister would be more productive than coming here, seeing as they are responsible for the system that I share information about on my channel - and none of it is hidden or classified. It's all very public and easily accessible.

That's rather unfortunate, Desmond. However, I have made several disclaimers in my videos and community tab, warning about scammers impersonating me and what to look out for to be sure you're interacting with me. I block fake accounts as soon as I notice them, but that's about all I can do. I have always emphasised that I do not offer any paid service, and not once have I mentioned that I have a telegram or whatsapp account. The only other social media platform (apart from youtube) where I engage with my viewers is on instagram and I always have my IG account linked in my video descriptions. I hope you recover your money.
